Great Value
Edit:I've changed my review to a 5 star. The company was able to send another device, and this one did not come with any goo or stickiness on it. Moreover, I did some testing with the laser temperature gauge to check, and the plate was now putting out accurate heat ranges. The device does include instructions for types of materials to be used with the three selectable ranges, and the temperature ranges are accurate for what they've prescribed.I knocked out a few additional projects, and everything panned out smoothly and perfectly. It is honestly the PERFECT SIZE for the project types that I purchased it for - and at half the cost of the Cricut or other competitor products. If you are looking for a scrappy, high performance alternative from a company with great customer service--then definitely look to this heat press. It is quite attractive as well. Glad that I got things sorted out properly.Original Review-----------------------------------------------Was really looking forward to a cheaper option than the expensive Cricut presses. I sew and hand bind books, which typically have a 4x7 or less footprint for HTV to lay down. This was perfect, in an ideal world. However, the product arrived obviously used and covered with something bizarrely sticky on the plate.I spent an inordinate amount of time and Goo-b-gone cleaning it up. I tried not to hold it against the company, as Amazon handles fulfillment. Maybe they just mixed in a return? But I gave it a shot. It failed to adhere my vinyl, despite following the included instructions. Okay... In my mind, maybe it's the vinyl. Perhaps I'm buying terrible vinyl? I think of a test solution. Check the heat output! With my stunningly accurate laser thermometer, I can see that the plate is almost 60 degrees cooler than it should be based on the recommended materials.I know Cricut has temperature settings to accurately lay any materials down. The temperature just matters too much to leave to a massive swing. On top of the let down of the used product. I guess I should probably return it. Bummer.

Great Heat Press
This heat press works great! It's the perfect size for what I needed it for. It heats up really quick, and does cool off pretty quickly. I tend to let it sit on it's own while cooling so I'm not 100% on how long it takes. Does not make much noise, unless it has a bad connection with the power cord.

Perfect size!
I have a clam shell heat press for shirts but sometimes you need something smaller. This is the perfect size for small jobs. Heats evenly and so easy to use. I convinced my friend to get one of her own (after she kept using mine 😜)

Great iron
I was very happy with my purchase, it was very easy to take out of the box and use right away even though I’d never used one before. I was also surprised with some free prints to iron on so I can’t wait to try those out. I bought this for ironing my cricut vinyl patterns. I really like the size, I didn’t want something too big that was hard to store away, and this has its own plate to sit on when not in use. It’s the perfect size for getting the job done. I feel more confident about my products using this instead of a household iron, and it goes the job done faster!

Very happy!
I bought this based on reviews as well as the very reasonable price. Compared to the ‘name brand’ heat press, this was considerably less expensive. I’ve already used it multiple times for placing cut vinyl onto t-shirts and canvas bags. The press worked with both materials. The size is nice- not too big or small. For larger designs, you do need to lift and place a few times, but it’s not that big of a deal. Definitely recommend. (The photo is of the first project I did with the press. Perfect size!)
