Awsome flavor for my greenbeans and turkey necks. I can't use smoked necks to much salt but this spice kicked it up and the kids loved it still.

One weird thing: Sugar is the second ingredient. But down below, it says there's no sugar. Salt comes after sugar, and the percentages note the salt. But not the sugar.Beyond that, I really like the spice blend's ratio of flavor to heat. You can always add more heat, but once it is too hot, it's over.It's kind of the same with sweet. I like a little sweetness in my chili, but this is a bit much for my taste. Everything else about it is great, and the ingredients are high quality.

This is too sweet to use for chili in my opinion. It's like it's spicy sweet, and while it is flavorful, to me it is better on French fries with some added salt are used in dips.To me it's just not a balanced blend.

This is my New Favorite Seasoning. We put this stuff on everything... noodles, shrimp, fish, chicken, pork-chops... and for turkey wings!!! Oh my God and all Asian dished. You'll get a nice sweet heat flavor.
