Good anti snoring device

Didn’t work
I was sceptical about these anyway but I thought I’d try. Didn’t work, not for me anyway. Quality was good though and the case that holds them was handy.

Didn't stop snoring
Bought based on reviews, cheap way to try to see if eased snoring from a complaining MRS but didn't have the required effect but may be more to do with a medical condition rather than product failure.

Really superb!
I can't understand people whose reviews have claimed these don't stick. They obviously aren't using them properly. My experience is that if you follow the instructions well and stick in the right place they do a fantastic job. They gently hold open the nostrils making is so much easier to breathe. I have genuinely slept so much better as a result. As for the stickability - I have actually found the opposite and they are actually a bit reluctant to be removed in the morning!

Breathing better at night
I bought these not for snoring but to help me breathe better at night. I have ongoing sinusitis and at night when sleeping my nostrels tend to collapse in and I'm left gasping for air. From the start of use at bedtime I'm now able to breathe much better. Glad I purchased them😁
