Easy to assemble and the water filtered through this machine taste so good. And the price was also wonderful I gladly give it 10 star if they would let me.

I purchased this item on prime day for about $170. I absolutely satisfied with the purchase. I wanted a Berkey, but I just could not let myself spend $400+ on the model I wanted. This one is 2.9 gallons (not three). I’ve had it for almost a week now and so far so good. I fill the dogs’ water bowls with it, use it for cooking water, and of course drinking water for me and the fam. I especially appreciate the stainless steel spigot and included stand. Those would cost extra with a Berkey! At some point, I’ll probably replace the filters with Berkey filters, but I’m glad I saved $$$ on the unit itself.

Very easy to set up. I like that it holds 2.5 gallons. If you overfill it it will leak water all over the place. Very happy with this purchase.

Very disappointed in this item nice looking unit well made except for small dent n front which I was willing to accept until I tasted the filtered water. Water has an odor and poor taste. Does not compare to Britta so it’s going back.

I just could not spend the extra money on a Berkey so when I saw the reviews and facts on this machine I snatched it up! Installation was relatively easy. However, the stand it was delivered with is lopsided and the water tastes awful. The instructions call for filling the tank and letting the water drip through once then discarding said water and refilling, supposedly you’re ready to drink after that. But I did it several times in hopes that was the cause of the taste, after a couple of days I realized it was a no go.

I ordered 2. One of the stands was crooked. I was promised delivery of a replacement. It never came.The filters are so so.
