Grout Refresh - Avalanche - 8oz. Bottle

There was a bit of a learning curve with this. For me, what worked is to use an artist's painters brush that fit the width of the grout lines to apply the product liberally. Then I left the product on to the next morning because I had other things to do (i believe you can start to remove it within 30 mins once it dries if you're in a rush). The following morning I just went in with a wet cloth (and a scraper as needed) and wiped the excess off. 100% pure acetone also helped things along in some spots. Grout came out looking great and 1.5 months later is still holding strong after multiple moppings & foot traffic.

Visited their website to check the Avalanche color before ordering. Looks to be a soft white or light biscuit. I received mine today and it's not close to their color chart. Instead avalanche is bright white. Disappointed and wasted my money. Update: I decided to try it on an inconspicuous grout line near the toilet. It seems acceptable if I apply it as a very thin layer and the old grout color is slightly visible.

I used this product in my kitchen and both bathrooms. After several hours- and I do mean several- I found the best way to apply was to apply- then wipe off what you don't need immediately- as you go along. If it dries first, you will spend so much time in cleaning it up between the tiles, ect. I would apply, then take a tissue and wipe off the access. I went through a lot of tissues, but it was so much better then spending hours trying to scrape it it off the ceramic tiles. I love the finished look!

The product is easy to apply with a small stiff brush and covers existing grout well. Clean up is more time consuming than the application itself. Lasts a few years if you don’t use strong chemicals or scrub the grout excessively. Makes an instant difference and makes my shower area look brand new. Planning on using the product until we completely remodel our shower.

So happy with this product it really works! As you can see on the pictures the before and after is awesome if the paint goes on the tile don’t worry it can be easily remove when dried, for the high traffic areas I would use a sealer for the other areas you don’t need sealer since the paint already has sealer in it I definitely recommend it!
