Very comfy, daughter loves it, really great value for money. It's not flat at all, soft fabric but plump. We would definitely buy another, really great quality 👌🏽

Decent cushion inserts. Good bounce and shape, and they fit the covers well. I went upside my Cushions were 60 x 60 but I ordered 65 x 65.

Not sure which hotel it's the quality of but not a great one! Standard polypropylene cover, not good enough for price, but I need it now so I'm going to transfer the filling into better quality fabric. Arrived soaked through as was stuffed into a too-small mailing bag which split and then left out in rain. Wouldn't bother with seller again as many options out there.
