The author paints a vivid picture of a battle at a clearing in VN He brings the characters to life, creates a strong visual for the reader. Well worth the time!

This is a well written and exciting book to read. It keeps the reader interested and wanting to read more.

I thought that this book and story were very well written and told, especially about the major North Veitnam army' s loss T rhe end of the book I recommend this book

I have read all of David Allin's books, and "Body Count" may be his best yet. There is a whole new cast of characters, and Allin's character development is excellent. There are a couple new guys I suspect will be in his future books. His experiences in Vietnam in the Triple Deuce and his ability to turn those into words takes each of us who has been there back fifty years. He is an excellent story teller, and his stories are based in fact - only the characters are fiction.

I recommend this book it is definitely a page turner. It also makes you feel the frustration of the soldiers in a life and death situation.

Love the character development which is the hallmark of David Allin’s books. I tend to become immersed in them and can’t wait for the next page. I look forward to him next book, they don’t disappoint.

An absolutely exceptional read. Liked it from the minute that I began. Very descriptive battle that was spot on. Only thing to improve on was the afterword, which could've given the reader more.

Dave Allin wrote this book and his words kept me glued to each page. His ability to put the reader in the heat of the battle was remarkable. I have read each of his previous books and this one is the best he has written. His ability to place the reader to somewhat feel the emotions experienced by a combat veteran is remarkable. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in a reality story!
