I absolutely love this pillow. I bought it about 2 months ago and my sleep has improved a lot. It hasn’t deflated and keeps its shape. I know a lot of people are saying it’s a bit too hard for them, but it’s perfect for me. My sleep deprivation has diminished because I now have better support. Gives me the right neck support I’ve been looking for. I’m grateful to everyone in the reviews for saying it was hard for them. Truly helped me pick the right pillow so I can sleep better.

I got this to help with neck issues I was having, and will probably end up buying another one as well. Not only did it help with my neck problems, but it also proved to be really comfy as additional padding for my shoulder. As a side-sleeper, I have dealt with intermittent shoulder and neck pain for years. After this worked well for my neck, I had the thought of trying to stack it with another pillow above and further toward the head of the bed. This way, my shoulder got additional padding, and my head still had a higher support. Although it worked very nicely for my shoulder, I am going to buy another one so that I can get both neck and shoulder support concurrently. I highly recommend this product. It is supportive, comfortable, and stays nice and cool throughout the night.

This is a brick with a napkin over it. This is the worst pillow made. I can’t describe how uncomfortable this is.

I had to replace my old pillow. I've tried 5 pillows since, returned 4 and kept this one. I'm a side sleeper and need a firm pillow for my neck. This is FIRM, no way could I use this if I slept on my back.

I have been on the hunt for a replacement memory foam pillow for a while now and this one is nearly perfect. No smell out of the box, I did let it air out for a whole day before putting it in cover and using it in bed. The pillow is accurate in where it claims to be in firmness. I would like for it to be a little firmer but definitely personal preference. I put a towel under the pillow in attempt to make it a little firmer and it does the job! Likely will take a break in my search and continue to use this combination that works for me.

Ok, I didn't follow directions, it says to let it sit for 3 days to allow it to firm up and the chemicals from factory to go away....I used it the first day because it firm up nice and I didn't smell anything to bad...(it comes rolled up and springs up after you take it out of packaging.. well that night at midnight I woke up with one h-ll of a headache and my chest hurt felt like I was having a heart attack! Almost went to ER, took 2 Aleve and stayed up for 30 minutes, kind'a went away...So today I washed pillow covers and put my old one back on and put this in another room to vent out for a couple of days...We'll see what happens when I try to use it again...will report back....and I'm not kidding, it felt like I was going to die!!! Update: Like I said above I did wake with a slight headache when i used it the third day. Nothing like the first day. After 4th day all good. Guess all I'm trying to say watch it with kids. Let it air out for at least 3 days. Maybe it was just me? idk

Incredible. I like a very firm pillow, and tried a similar one at a friend’s house. Great on its own, or with a feather pillow on top. I’m a side sleeper, constantly changing positions in the night, and all the other pillows I’ve tried have been super uncomfortable or need me to rearrange the pillow stuffing each time I turn over at night, which end up with me getting very limited sleep. This one is perfect and alleviates that. Slept so well the first time and every night since.

I've had this pillow for just over two months now, so I feel I can write something about it. I needed a harder pillow as I had gotten a harder mattress and my soft pillow didn't really work with it. It is a hard/firm pillow, at least initially, but now that it's broken in a bit my head is nicely cradled - but without sinking in too far, if you can picture that. The cover is quality, I didn't notice any real smell on it besides smelling new, and I'm very happy with it.
