One of these won't charge past 12.15V with 2 different chargers that I have. Is it dead??

I don't know what exactly to tell you. A lipo cell when fully charged should be 4.2v so an 3s lipo should read 12.6v. What you are indicating is that your battery will only charge to 4.0v per cell. If the battery has just been purchased, I would ask for a replacement. These batteries are expensive so we should get what we pay for. I have a couple of Zee's at 3s and they work just fine so I would expect that your battery would be replaced without problem. The other alternative is to just use it and deal with shorter flights/drives, I am using mine in RC planes.

Any recommendations on a reasonably priced charger for these batteries? Will spend most of the time being stored if that matters. Thanks

Here's one of my favorite chargers: HTRC LiPo Charger Dual 1-6S Balance Battery It sells for 75 usd, charges, balances etc 2 lipos(orany other batt. Type). The only thing is that you have to input manually the batt. Voltage and amperage. Which i prefer because I can chose to charge at slow speeds by lowering amp. Fir longer life batteries. It's got plenty of power for any batt. From 1s to 6s. It is well built and very easy to use once you get it.

It says it comes with Deans and xt60 plug. Is one soldered and require a chop /re-solder to switch? or is it an adapter?

Hi, this 3S 2200mAh lipo battery will comes with soldered deans plug and another xt60 replacement plug, not adapter. You need to cut deans plug and solder xt60 plug if you need to use it.

Does this have a battery elimination circuit, or is that only on esc's?

This is a battery only, yes it is the ESC that has the battery elimination circuit.
