VHB double sided tape

I use these for some of my numerous outdoor solar lights. Adhesion is strong even on metal, however due to outdoor elements, it'll eventually not adhere. Has worked for several years on lights I have them on vs using screws that come with solar lights. If batteries need recharged or changed, it'll take a little muscle to remove... just like with screws that don't appeal to me personally due to solar lights used on metal piping of fence and parts of deck housing.

I bought the Hasaky Double Sided Tape as a replacement for the stock adhesive pads that came with my Govee LED permanent outdoor lights. These 1in x 1in pads are a seamless fit, matching the lights perfectly. They adhere much more securely than the original ones, giving me confidence that my lights won't come loose anytime soon. The tape's heavy-duty stickiness and waterproof quality are exactly what's needed for outdoor applications. Although I haven't tried them for other uses yet, they've proven to be exceptional for securing outdoor LED lights. Installation is a breeze with these, and they've held up well against the elements. Definitely a 10/10 for anyone looking to enhance their LED installation outdoors. Highly recommended!

I bought it so I can install my Viofo a129 camera in the rental car(s) while I'm vacation. It doesn't come with a suction cup and there are no suction cup adapters. So I use this VHB (Very High Bond) squares to temporarily install the dashcam in the rental cars. Just one square is enough even though it doesn't completely cover the base of the dashcam (well, the GPS unit of the dashcam). The 1"x1" is strong enough to hold the dashcam for as long as needed (done in Hawaii and Arizona so far), and it a bit difficult but impossible to remove at the end of the rental periodIt's thinner and smaller that the VHB tape that came with the dashcam from the factory, but it gets the job done. To a degree the fact that it's smaller is actually good - it's almost impossible to remove the factory-size tape from the dashcam. This smaller square is more manageable.Anyway, it works for my need. I'm planning to order some more, as obviously these are not re-usable.

I baught this for a DIY desk underglow job and it doesn't hold the lighting at all. Maybe it will work for lighter applications we will see but for the heavy govee strip I have nothing to hold it up short of drilling and I am not wanting to resort to that

These do not stick to nothing. Can you put it on a slick surface? It stays for about two seconds. Will not stick to any other kind of surface at all.They are not heavy duty at all waste of money
