Headsweats Tour de France Performance Shorty Cycling Skull Cap

I got this about four months ago and really loved the Tour de France logo on the front. It fits great. It is very light and stretchy. It breathes well and the elastic is good so it is not too tight on my head. I primarily wear mine underneath a fencing mask to keep sweat out of my eyes, which it does well. Unfortunately it has some durability problems. First, the fabric snags easily on the smallest little things which causes it to pull and run and fray. Second, the Tour de France logo has already rubbed off of mine. I would recommend this item for fit and comfort. However, Headsweats sells the exact same cap in black without the logo for less money so if you really want it, I would recommend buying that one and save yourself from paying extra for a logo that will rub off in a few months anyways. This may not be as much of a problem if you're not wearing it underneath something else, but given that is how a lot of peaople use these things I would have thought they would have put the logo on in such a way as to not rub off so easily under those conditions.

I like this thing but I don't know that my head felt any "cooler" on my 4-5 hour rides as it did without anything. It absolutely kept the sweat out of my eyes and so for that alone I think it was worth it.

I had been wearing a small thin head band that would eventually get soaked and sweat would run down into my eyes. The skull cap has given me more material to absorb with and I've yet had it run into my eyes.

I wound up returning this item for two reasons. I find the regular Headsweats Skullcap shapes and fits better. Also when it arrived it was not heat sealed in the bag. It had a piece to tape to close one end so it must have been a prior returned item.

This skull cap is ideal for me since I don't have much hair left. It breathes real well and keeps the sun off of my scalp. I've noticed less skin irritation as well which had been caused by the inside of the helmet. Two thumbs up.

I love it. Helmet messes up my hair. This cycling skull cap is just what I need. After a hot and long ride, my hair is mess-free.

Works well in cutting off the cold wind, without bulkiness associated with a regular cap. I can hardly tell I'm wearing it. Fits easily under my helmet.

These are amazing for cycling. I use them all the time now when I ride.
