Lifetime Products Wall Mounted Work Table, 4', Wood Varnish (80421)

I don't usually buy things I can't see for myself. However, I read the reviews on Amazon and decided to take a chance. It seemed like the perfect fit for my situation and I am happy to say that it turned out to be just about perfect for me. As is shown, this is a wall mounted table that folds up out of the way when not in use. There is storage inside and you can lock with your own padlock, if you want. I think it is very sturdy. I am using it right now to build another project. It is very helpful to have the table top room.There are some drawbacks. The first, which is pretty obvious, is that it is connected to the wall, so you can't move it away from the wall. iFyou put something on the table top and it should happen to be larger than the table, you can't just move the table out and center the item on the workspace. You have to find a way to position your project so you can work on it, which can be a bit awkward at times.The second, which is not so obvious, is that it is difficult to clamp anything to the table top. It is hard to explain here, but the wooden top is sitting in a metal frame and they are not the same thickness. I have found it difficult to get most of my clamps to work because they don't reach all the way under the metal lip to touch the wood from underneath. It sorta works with my metal c-clamps but they too small for some projects. Have not found a great way to use my bar clamps yet, but I think I have discoverd a possible work around using an extra piece of wood underneath. Overall, though this is a great workbench for those that don't have a lot of room or need to use a space for multiple purposes.The installation instructions were great. You basically atttach a mount to the wall and then attach the unit to the wall. It is a little heavy to lift the unit. I know it says to use two people to hang it up, but I was able to do it myself and I am no weighlifter.

My daughter has a two car garage and needed a working surface for repair and maintenance tasks. I was planning on building one then came across this product online. I had a Lifetime folding table and have been happy with it but wasn't sure this was going to be as sturdy as I wanted. It is.The installation was a project but the fact they have a QR code to videos for every section was incredibly helpful. I did it myself for all the sections except hanging it against the wall as one of the final steps. If you aren't strong with long arms, then definitely have a friend help hold the steel pieces while you put it together. Pay attention to the details.To install you will need a drill, a screw driver or impact drill, a level and a wrench. Again, it's a medium level project.The finish product works really well. The spring hinge makes it easy for any person to open and close. The metal peg board is strong and works great. The depth for tools is excellent as you could put a drill and battery if you wanted without any issue. The board surface is as nice as a kitchen table but sturdy and impressive.The only thing you will likely add is more peg accessories for your tools and a light.

I highly recommend the Lifetime Wall Mounted Table. Good design, quality materials and easy to read instruction booklet. What impressed me the most is how well it all fit together. The tight tolerances made assembly easy.A good investment for those limited area spaces. Also, it was built in Vietnam.One should be aware that it is designed to install on walls with 16" on center wooden studs. My studs were on 24" center so I used two 2"x4"x48" long pieces of wooden boards that securely mounted horizontally on the wall and then used the Wall mounted Table bracket to fasten to the upper board. Table was hung on that bracket and bottom of table was bolted to the lower horizontal board.

I have a small garage but needed a bench to work on, and this solved that issue. The table and storage are very sturdy. I was able to fully assemble and hang it by myself, but would probably recommend a second person to help hang it on the wall.The paper instructions weren't great but the company has video instructions on YouTube that made it very easy to follow. It takes several hours from start to finish but I truly think anyone can do it if they follow the videos one step at a time.The folding mechanism is very smooth and it feels secure when it's up or down. I would buy this again.

Quality is amazing and works great as an archery work bench to build arrows and other misc archery things. Set up was kind of a pain in the ass. But very sleek and space saver. A little bit of a pain to return or get money back. We also had issues where I got mine shipped by the seller and there was no Amazon option, where a friend had the Amazon option rather than 3rd party like me, and got it cheaper.

This is a very well made and sturdy workbench. Plenty of workspace and storage space for tools. The top also provides a nice secure shelf for additional storage. The wall hung design works perfectly for my garage. It opens and secures easily and looks pro. The packaging was great. The written and video instructions were easy to follow but will take you a bit of time to complete. Well worth the money I paid. I don't write many reviews but I thought that this product was worth sharing.

It's a wonderfully hefty worktable. The instructions say it should take two adults about two hours to assemble and install. It took this 74 year old woman about four hours working solo, although I did need help lifting it onto the wall bracket. Instructions are ok and the videos are very helpful.

Table is nice quality. Pretty easy to assemble. Everything was packed nicely. Instructions were clear and easy to follow. It’s nice that you can adjust the mount to your desired height. I decided to make this a table designated for gun maintenance so all the accessories come in handy.
