I sanitize my soft-serve machine every Tuesday and exclusively use PURDY STERA-SHEEN SANITIZER W/GREEN LABEL and we have never had a bacteria test come back that was ever over <1 HSCC/gm !!!

Good sanitizer for milk products
This product was recommended by our local health inspector before I first opened my ice cream shop, so naturally I got what she told me to. It's a good sanitizer for milk products. I also made sure to purchase pH strips to ensure that the solution is at the right strength. Follow the directions and you can't go wrong.

Had already been using this product but in a 2 oz. packet. I highly recommend this product over the prepackaged. Much more economical & a better job.. Highly recommend to everyone.
