Q: What do you get differently with the 'premium' option? It is not clear to me

I didn't notice anything about premium on mine? And it was this model. Perhaps the premium is the one with the charging base rather than just the usb? I have the mono version with charge base for home and sterio version just usb for work both are great

Uncomfortable to wear for extended periods of time

Range isn't great, as it's bluetooth, but I can forgive that. The thing I can't get over is how uncomfortable it is for long periods of wear. I wear it from 9am -> 12:30, then 2pm till 6pm everyday.My ears hurt after about 2 hours. I never had that issue with my other headset.ProsRange is alright for Bluetooth, once you use the supplied dongle.Supplied dongleConsVery uncomfortable for entire day use.

Faulty, no support.

Dislike - From new only ever had to sound on one side.Support not there and tried to resolve it thinking it was my settings, again little to no support with out accounts etc.Disappointed considering price
