amazing results. zero algae. my pool was turning green due to the temperature of the water which was getting high as i solar heat it every day. i have a very advanced ultraviolet & ozonator equipment (Quantum by Elecro) that do make my water sanitized but not enough to cope with an average water temp of 30-31 Celsius (after solar heating go into action). i was using for 3 years various solutions and had to occasionally put in the water chlorine and other stuff, but with very limited success. i found this product, tried it, and it solves the problem of green algae completely. i highly recommend it . installation was as easy as opening the pump basket and put it in. thats it.

This is a must have for any pool owner. Your pool and pocketbook will thank you, if you have a pool guy maybe not. We do our own pool maintenance and this has helped tremendously. We have over 60 trees on our property so as you can imagine algae can be a problem but since using the pool RX our pool has never looked better and easer to maintain. Customer for life. We recommend this product to everyone we know that has a pool.

This is our third year using this product (you replace it each year). It does what it says it does. We live in the Houston area so hot and humid most of the year which is perfect conditions for algae. A couple of years ago we could not win the battle with the algae and someone recommended pool rx to us and it cleared our pool within a couple of days and it was green enough you couldn’t see through it. We do have a large pool so we use the booster as well and usually add it around September/October but pool season is long in Houston. A new one goes in around April. It really works and saves a lot, as before we were dumping tons of extra pool chemicals without good results. You will still need to maintain a chemical balance with your water but we no longer fight the algae all year.

I discovered three years ago when I could not get rid f my black algae. Since I’ve started using this my pool has been absolutely beautiful and algae free. I definitely use less chemicals. I have shock and chlorine and a little calcium hardness. Other than that I’ve had no need for algicide or other common chemicals. Easy to use, sparkling water, and will last all swim season

This product is a game-changer for keeping algae under control, especially during the brutal Texas summer heat. So far this has worked great. Opened the pool for summer had some algae that needed some attention. Put in the filter and no algae.

This product does what it claims it does, it's pricey but not really when you consider how much you save on the back end. I didn't fit in my pump inside the basket but it fit in the basket in the skimmer. Great product!
