Okay. So I did get this primarily for 🍒 growth, but I can't help but notice how amazing it is in regards to getting rid of bloat. Went from looking pregnant to barely having a tummy (aside from the little bit of chub ofc). It WILL give your stomach the rumbles, so heads up, but the results are SO worth it if you struggle with bloating.

It has a disgusting taste!! But is packaged with care and came as described. Great value for money

Good taste

Interesting taste. I have been adding 1 teaspoon to my smoothies and porridge in the morning, can't add any more than that as the taste is a bit strong for me. They are meant to be good for you and your overall health. I can't really measure that but my skin has been really good, I normally get breakouts from time to time but I have been adding this product to my food for over a month now and no breakouts! Also I still have more than half a jar left, so it lasts a long time! The smell is amazing! It smells like good quality honey!

Unfortunately this wasn’t a success for me. I’d read a lot about the potential benefits of bee pollen and was really hopeful. After trying the recommended amount once, I felt very unwell in my GI tract, bloating and discomfort that lasted for hours. I gave it another go the next day just in case it was a coincidence, but had the exact same reaction. It’s a shame because I know others seem to do well with it. Just not for me.

You have to not mind the strong flavor but I believe the benefits are worth it
