Raw organic unrefined coconut flour
I have quite an aversion to coconut flavor, and only decided to try coconut flour after someone told me that used in baking you can't taste a coconut flavor. This is the first and only coconut flour I have ever tried but it seems good. If you too have an aversion to coconut, I would not use a high proportion of coconut flour in making savoury things like crackers, because the sweetness of the flavor of (pure) coconut flour does come through a bit, but for making things like keto brownies, this is fabulous. The coconut flavor is really not strong at all, and I have even found it ok in less strongly-flavored sweet dishes. I might well use it in very strongly-flavored main dishes with lots of garlic, say, too. But the plain crackers recipe was not perfect for me given my extreme aversion to coconut flavor. Huge bag; easy to re-close. Will buy this organic coconut flour again.

So Fresh, It Could Double as an Air Freshener
I bought this and when I first opened the vacuum sealed package, I could not get over how intense the coconut scent was. Now this is fresh! I bought this to experiment with other types of flour in order to maintain good gut health and digestion. This is a great product, especially for the price. It is organic, non-gmo and from one source. I would definitely buy this again!

Best coconut flour I've tried...
I was hesitant to try this flour as there are no reviews and I've never heard of this brand. I ran out of coconut flour and at the time this was the easiest one to order. I am so glad I got this. I have had to go grain free for health reasons and I'm a retired baker and have struggled for the last 6 years trying to find ways to have baked goods. I have used coconut flour a lot and never liked the smell or taste of it. I just seems off but they all smell/taste that way. Not this brand. It's a raw flour and when I opened the bag it actually smelled like coconut. WOW! It is light and fluffy and just looked good. So I tried my first recipe, pancakes. They were so light and fluffy and tasted wonderful. (Note I do not use just coconut flour I add arrowroot flour too). I can't believe how good they tasted. I am actually excited now to try other recipes with this stuff. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Smells lovely but absorbs water like no ones business
I think there are types of coconut flour you can make macarons from and this is not one of them. This absorbs water in whatever I put it in, dough, macarons/meringue, so it is functioning like a desiccant basically. just becomes a spongeeeeeee. I dont even know what I can use this for tbh because it is so drying. smells and tastes lovely though

Excellent product
I sincerely like this product. Here's why:1) Packaging was excellent.2) As far as coconut flour goes, this one is real fresh and packs quite a wonderful scent.3) I've been using this as a half flour mix with all kinds of muffins. The half that's coconut flour (as opposed to wheat flour) is not meant to be as big since coconut flour absorbs a LOT of moisture.4) When I bake using this flour, described in above point, it makes the house smell good. I like the smell of this flour baking.

Don't think, get it
I was looking for a grain free flour for my dogs which one is especially anti green. I use this in their puppy treats and you need only about half as much or less as you normally would for flour. It thickens it quick the batter. I also use it in making my own breakfast bread just for that coconut flavor
