Was desperate for a non-GMO / Organic milk for baby.All the foods and milks we gave her were giving her negative reactions.This milk powder? Mixed with baby cereal? Does WONDERS for a FRACTION of the typical cost of baby food.We also buy the whole fat version and switch between them in order to ensure she gets enough fat in her diet without becoming constipated.Nutritionally? Well, she's been fed this since she was less than a month old, and she's nearly getting to her year-mark with NO side-effects. She finds the taste a little bland without cereal though.

I have replaced the pre-made plant milks with 1 tablespoon of Mt Capra's Goat Milk Low-fat. I am getting the creamy texture; it is easy to digest, for those who are allergic to milk; I am saving tons of money versus the cost of plant milk.Highly recommend this product. Even use it on my cereal with a little vanilla extract.Yummy

I usually buy the meyenberg brand, but I saw this and wanted to taste it. It is certainly tasty and dissolves easily for coffee, with a whipping tool. But unlike the meyenberg brand, some is left coagulated. Also it is quite expensive, and the amount only covers 2/3 in the box. So I will go back to meyenberg.

As a birthday gift for my 50th birthday my wife got me a boxer puppy, named Ringo! He was so little when we got him that I wanted to fatten him up. So we got grass fed organic beef and this goats milk and did nothing but that for 2 weeks. He LOVES it. We went to the vet and they said he is now on pace to be a big boy. So this stuff is amazing and he loves it like I said, buying it again for him, but this time just as a treat from time to time

I wasn't sure what to expect from powdered goat's milk (nonfat) but was very pleased. It mixes up easily, smells fresh and tastes great. Had a nice smooth texture. I used it to make nonfat yogurt and I will buy again!

I recently tried Mt. Capra's non-fat goat milk powder and it is absolutely amazing! I love the fact that it is from grass fed pastured goats and non-GMO, so I feel like I'm getting a healthy product. The texture is very smooth and it mixes well with cold liquids. The taste is slightly salty, but it's not too overwhelming. It's great for adding to smoothies or adding to baking recipes. I often find that cow's milk can be difficult to digest, but I have found that I have no problems digesting Mt. Capra's non-fat goat milk powder. I highly recommend it and will definitely be buying it again in the future!

Mixes more easily than Meyenberg. Making kefir using goat kefir grains results in a kefir more natural, as if made with raw goat milk. Taste is to me much better than Meyenberg. For me, the background information on the product is compelling. This product in particular comes from the Netherlands, from family owned farms.UHT processed goat milk is degraded ... much more so than UHT cow milk, from the UHT process. That's the reason I use powdered milk at all.
