Excellent product - love my goat milk powder!
I love my non-fat goat milk powder and have not been using it for several months as a real cream substitute in my coffee. It does not taste 'non-fat' in the least any is so much healthier than regular cream. So very tickled that I had discovered this product and gave it a try, I use it both in my coffee and tea. Delicious!

Human grade, but dog approved
Bought for my dog who refuses to drink water unless super active. He loves the taste so will drink it. It’s a treat for him and helps to keep him hydrated. I’ve tried it myself, and it’s very tasty. Love the powder form so I don’t have to worry about storing in refrigerator or having it go bad quickly. Great for road trips

Drinking a glass of it must be that heaven regular milk-tolerant people experience.
Here is a milk answer (+my own recipe) to being so severely lactose intolerant and yet yearning for a milk alternative that will also be good for me. Disclaimer: I have plenty of gastric-intestinal sensitives (yeah, try to date me -- it's real fun to be high maintenance and be that chick that can't eat pizza or most Italian foods). I am also sensitive to soy. Boxed almond milk has carrageenan additives that irritate intestinal flora (carrageenan actually isn't digestible or good for you). So, here is my journey: I would make almond milk in my home and proved to be delicious but too much work, cost, and cleanup for me since I work full time+ hours. So I went with rice milk. Yum, but highly sweet and not much nutritional value, plus not creamy. Okay, here is the actual product review. Capra Goats Milk Powder is convenient for storage and use. As a singleton, I only make as much as I need. What I like is that I am finally using a milk alternative product that has the protein and calcium content that I have been missing for nearly 15 years. And it's creamy. Taste? Well, I came up with my own concoction for taste because I was blending it with my left over rice powder. I mix one scoop to two scoops of my "Better Than Milk Original Vegan Rice Powder," then add three drops of vanilla, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and sprinkle of salt. I like it. So, boo-yah! The key is having a high powered blender that froths. This Capra Milk froths very well when blended and makes it creamy. Drinking a glass of it must be that heaven regular milk-tolerant people experience. I think I go through a carafe of my concoction every 3 days. I mix it with my black tea in the morning, add it to my Turmeric Golden Milk drink (google it - it's good for us gastric-sensitive types), and drink a glass in the evening when I feel like it. So, victory for lactose intolerant people!

Not too bad when mixed with regular milk
After a lot of research, it seems that goat's milk may have better calcium absorption than cow's milk. I despise any flavor in my milk and equally powdered milk tastes disgusting, but I need more calcium after being told I have osteoporosis. So I tried this non-fat powdered product and to my surprise it is palatable when mixed with my regular milk. I use one scoop (half a serving) mixed with a bit of water and then topped off with about 6-8 ounces regular milk and find that I can drink it. Hopefully the data is correct and my DEXA scan numbers will improve- I'll know in a year or so :/

Better than Plant milk
I have replaced the pre-made plant milks with 1 tablespoon of Mt Capra's Goat Milk Low-fat. I am getting the creamy texture; it is easy to digest, for those who are allergic to milk; I am saving tons of money versus the cost of plant milk. Highly recommend this product. Even use it on my cereal with a little vanilla extract. Yummy

Has virtually no taste, but smooth texture.
It tastes good and has a very nice texture to it. Very easy to use in my little blender. I am using it to add some calcium to my diet since cow milk doesn’t sit with me very well. I have no issues with this.

Ringo loves it!
As a birthday gift for my 50th birthday my wife got me a boxer puppy, named Ringo! He was so little when we got him that I wanted to fatten him up. So we got grass fed organic beef and this goats milk and did nothing but that for 2 weeks. He LOVES it. We went to the vet and they said he is now on pace to be a big boy. So this stuff is amazing and he loves it like I said, buying it again for him, but this time just as a treat from time to time
