No! It's a great suitcase but it is 21"l x 16"w x 9"h.

Where can I find a replacement wheel and axle for a pull type luggage

I have no idea! I bought the luggage for a few months, and had to return it back to seller, because it's was not a carry-on luggage. TSA would not allow it to pass thru Security gates at U.S airports HD

I don’t think so. Whenever I am traveling back in the States, I have to gate check it. Especially on the smaller planes. 767’s and 777’s it fits fine.
