Amazing product and an amazing company to work with. Amazon, along with Marigold contacted me after purchasing this binder to ensure my package was being delivered. In most cases Amazon does this, but never have I experienced the manufacturer as well. After I received it, Marigold contacted me to follow up and make sure everything was perfect. Sometimes bad things happen... the teeth didnt all work. So I let Marigold know. Immediately I received a reply to my emailed inquiry. They replaced the damaged model, and sent tracking to ensure it was on its way.I love my comb binder. It is heavier than other models for this price point. I like that it can punch a larger number of sheets at one time than other base models also. Well worth the investment. I am using mine to prepare for my classroom for next year and am cery pleased with its performance.EXCELLENT customer service. I would highly recommend this machine and the company providing it!

This product works great. It's easy to use and doesn't require any instructions though it did come with them. The punch portion of the machine is limited to only 10 sheets of paper at a time, so if you have a lot to punch through it may take a while to finish but it isn't hard to make sure the holes are lined up right. The binding part is limited only by the size of bindings you use. The machine did come with a lot of small binding but no larger ones, which is kind of unfortunate. I think it would have been wiser for them to include bindings in a variety of sizes so people could more easily use it straight out of the box. I would recommend it. Especially if you're a parent, kids love making their own books and this machine helps to facilitate that.

It works well for small jobs, it gets sort of tedious to hole punch if you are doing a few hundred pages. It says it can hole punch 10 pages at a time but we have found that 8 is really the max to guarantee a page doesn’t get smooshed back and incorrectly punched. It comes with 100 combs which are perfect for small books around 35 pages.We homeschool and I like to make our own books from pdf curriculum. This will work very well for that! It’s very sturdy and durable little machine for a good cost. I would highly recommend. I wish it could hole punch more pages at a time but I knew that going into it.

I've found this device very useful, but also, at times, very frustrating. For one thing, the holes don't always get punched properly for some reason I find it difficult to understand. One time out of maybe 6 or 7 they get punched on a diagonal and the sheets have to be reprinted and the process repeated. One would expect such a device to punch holes precisely and consistently, but sadly that is not the case. Another problem is the fact that aligning the punched sheets with the open prongs of the plastic combs can be a maddening experience. Sometimes it's completely straightforward, with all the prongs fitting neatly into the punched holes, but too often it takes a huge amount of concentration and repeated effort to get everything lined up properly. I'll continue to use it, partly because it usually works for me and partly because getting it all just right poses an interesting challenge, almost like solving a puzzle.

This unit works very well. After you use it a couple times, you can bind a booklet in a few minutes. A word of caution, don't try to make it do more than it was designed for. It is a well made product but not for heavy commercial use. I found that punching about 5-8 sheets at a time is easier and faster than trying to punch the maximum limit of 10 sheets. Overall I am pleased with this purchase and would buy it again. I would suggest buying some additional sizes of binding combs. The 1/4"size that comes with the machine limits the size (number of pages) of your project or you will need more that one booklet for the same project.

As a homeschooling mom, I wonder how I did without this for so long! I am able to create planners, workbooks, etc. with this machine. It is very easy to use and extremely sturdy. Remember to occasionally empty the hole punch scraps (I waited too long once and made a mess) which is easy to do as it is essentially a "drawer" that you pull out to empty. Also pay attention to the dial on the back that you will use to adjust the machine based on the size of the comb. This machine also came with a box of 1/4" combs which are great for items with a smaller number of pages (12 is a good limit).

For the price, the machine works well. I have used it for a number of small projects in my classroom and has been fine. If you don't make sure the paper is pushed in all the way it won't punch the holes out the right way but a little bit of close attention can fix that. I think it's great for moderate use for small projects.

For the price I doubt you can get a better product. I have punched over 1000 pages without incident while being careful not to punch more than 7 pages at a time. I am using 24lb. paper so I'm not trying to punch 10 pages at a time as is claimed. While there has been a couple tense moments Ive quit holding my breath waiting for this binder to fail.
