These tablets are very convenient to use, as they dissolve easily in the mouth with a mild grape flavor. Also, I like they’re packed individually. After using them, my mouth felt refreshing.

The collagen contained in the supplement (1,000 mg) is on the lower end of effective collagen dosing. I’m considering taking 2 sticks a day or pairing it with another source collagen. Overall, the taste is good and I haven’t noticed any weird smells.

i don’t know if i got a bad batch or what but these literally taste like vomit. i can hardly put it in my mouth without gagging. all the reviews say the grape flavor is pleasant, so im wondering if maybe mine is expired or something
