It's fine. Cook's is better.
I ordered Stasero recently for the first time on the recommendation of others who like it better than Cook's Vanilla Powder. Cook's has been my brand of choice for a long time. Stasero is fine, but I like Cook's better. I found Stasero to be a little bit "in your face"; a bit aggressively strong and too sweet for my liking. I know others love it, but I prefer Cook's.

NO GOOD FOR COFFEE!
Not really good for coffee...it appears to have some cream of tartar texture and it’s heavy so it drowns in the coffee mug, leaving a layer of goo in the bottom of the mug. I could hardly taste the vanilla in it, except if pouring on my finger and putting it straight into my mouth! Might work for baking desserts but this is no good for hot drinks. Too expensive for what it is!
