The Best Diaper Rash Ointment
After trying countless diaper rash creams with my children, I can confidently say that Triple Paste is the first product that consistently delivered noticeable results. We had tried several popular brands over the years, but none seemed to provide the same level of protection or healing. It was actually recommended by our pediatrician, and it quickly became our go-to diaper rash treatment.Triple Paste is a thick, white ointment with a mild scent. Its heavy consistency is one of its biggest strengths because it creates a durable moisture barrier that stays in place between diaper changes. Applying it can be a little messy due to how thick it is, so I recommend using a tissue, baby wipe, or disposable glove if you prefer to keep your hands clean.Once applied, it forms a substantial protective layer over irritated skin, helping shield it from moisture and further irritation while allowing the area to heal. In our experience, diaper rash often showed significant improvement within 24โ48 hours, whereas other products sometimes took several days to a week to achieve similar results. If youโre a parent dealing with diaper rash, Triple Paste is a product worth keeping in your diaper bag or changing station. Its superior barrier protection, long-lasting coverage, and fast results make it a staple in our baby-care routine.

Eczema and Sensitive skin approved!
I have been purchasing this paste consistently for a while now, and it is an absolute staple in our home. My son has eczema, so I am extremely cautious about what I put on his skin, and I feel so much more comfortable using this compared to other major brands. We used to go through diaper cream like crazy, but since discovering my sonโs allergies, his rashes have significantly decreased. That said, I still use this as his everyday cream because his skin is just so sensitive. I also keep the 3x Max Paste on hand for the rare, stubborn rashes itโs a bit pricier, but it works wonders when we really need it! I love this stuff and the 3x highly recommended both for little ones with sensitive and ezcema skin.

Best diaper rash cream.
I absolutely love this diaper rash cream! Itโs thick, stays in place, and creates a great protective barrier to keep moisture away. A little goes a long way, so the tub lasts a long time. This has become a must-have in our diaper bag and at home. I highly recommend it to any parent dealing with diaper rash.

Helped Treat Our Baby's Raw Rashes
I wanted to share what finally worked for our 4-week-old daughter's severe diaper rash after trying so many remedies with little to no success. Her skin was so raw that diaper creams wouldn't even stick anymore, and every diaper change seemed to make things worse. Our pediatrician prescribed mupirocin ointment twice a day for 7 days, but unfortunately, we saw no improvement. We also tried Desitin, Vaseline, Aquaphor, and Burt's Bees diaper cream (including the ones with 40% zinc oxide), but nothing helped. After doing more research, my husband and I decided to try the crusting method, which is commonly used for people with ostomies and is also a technique many NICU nurses use to help protect severely damaged skin. By day 5, our daughter's rash was almost completely gone. Here's exactly what we did:1. Clean the area gently. We used a peri bottle with warm water only. We avoided wipes or rubbing the irritated skin. Then we let the area air dry completely.2. Spray Active Skin Repair. We used 1โ2 sprays and let it air dry completely. A small portable fan helped speed up the drying process.3. Apply stoma powder. We lightly dabbed a thin layer onto the affected areas only using a cotton ball.4. Spray a stoma skin barrier. We applied 1โ2 sprays and let it dry completely.5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 (optional). We repeated these layers 2โ4 times to create a protective "crust" or artificial scab that helped shield the skin from moisture, urine, and stool.6. Finish with a very thick layer of Triple Paste. We used the 12% zinc oxide version and applied it very generouslyโalmost like icing a cake. One more thing that made a huge difference was giving her plenty of diaper-free time. Since she was only 4 weeks old and slept a lot, we placed her on her tummy while supervised so her bottom could stay completely exposed to the air. We did this for about 6 hours total each day.Every baby is different, and this is simply what worked for our daughter after nothing else did. I hope sharing our experience helps another parent who's feeling as discouraged as we were.I hope your little one continues to heal well, and that this helps another family looking for ideas when standard treatments aren't working.

The Best Diaper Rash Cream I've Ever Used
This is honestly the best diaper rash cream on the market. My baby has eczema and gets irritated very easily, especially in the diaper area. The first time I used this cream, I noticed a huge improvement within just a few hours. Now, anytime I see even a little redness, I apply it and it works like magic.it is a bit more expensive than typical diaper creams, it is absolutely worth the price. The container is large, and a little goes a long way, so it lasts for months. For us, it's become a must-have and one of those products I never want to run out of. Highly recommend!

Good and speedy solution
Excellent product which begins to work upon application. Provides healing and comfort for soreness and inflammation. Pleasant odor, creamy consistency. Lasts a long time. 4 stars instead of 5 only because itโs a little pricey. May work out in a balanced way as itโs very effective.
