Comparing it to muscle milk, it is okay. Taste is decent, but muscle milk is superior on all levels, minus thickness, this drinks like a flavored milk, not a protein shake.

This strawberry slim fast is one of my favorites, not too strong not too thick nice cool drink when I want to skip breakfast, or lunch or even dinner sometimes or when I've had a big lunch having one of these for dinner just kind of is okay that way I'm not feeling stuffed by the time I go to bed
