I’ve been really happy with this vacuum so far. It has strong suction and does a great job picking up dust, dirt, and hair from both carpets and hard floors. I especially like that it’s lightweight and easy to move around, so cleaning different rooms doesn’t feel like a chore. The attachments are also helpful for getting into corners and smaller areas. For the price, I think it’s a really good vacuum for everyday household cleaning. It’s not overly complicated to use and gets the job done well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable, reliable vacuum for regular cleaning.

I honestly didn’t expect such a great vacuum for this price! It works really well, has great suction, and is very easy to use. It’s lightweight, convenient, and does a fantastic job picking up dust, dirt, and hair. I’ve had more expensive vacuums before, but this one really surprised me. It feels like a much more expensive product without the expensive price tag. I’m very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good vacuum on a budget! This little vacuum is pretty good at cleaning hard floors and upholstery, but not quite as adequate on installed carpets. I don’t feel there’s enough suction to get deep enough to do a thorough clean, but for light levels of dust, debris, or hair it should do the trick. Might also work well on throw rugs or washable carpets to get out the extra dirt and dust before washing. I did not need to read the instructions to operate this despite being an old school Kirby owner and never having dealt with a bagless set up. If you know general symbols and can push a button you can do this. The handle comes with a metal stabilized attachment for the floor head which attaches to the plastic hose portion. There is also a small telescoping upholstery brush that can be engaged for tight spaces as well as fabric. The dirt cup is a good size, but because all that dust and debris kind of circulates in a little wind tunnel it’s good to keep it clean so it runs efficiently. The whole thing assembles and disassembles easily and compactly for storage. It’s also one of those things that can be easily repacked in its original box. 😊 Overall this is lightweight and maneuvers well. If you are looking for a simple, light duty vacuum this is a solid choice. This won’t get deep into mattress layers or pile carpet, but works much more effectively than sweeping on most surfaces. I gave 4 stars for the value inherent in its simplicity and its ease of use features, but think it could be improved upon with a different attachment or two additional. The suction was also a little disappointing.

I have only good things to say about this power house of a vacuum. I have had the standard upright design in the past; the kind that has a detachable hose to get in those hard to reach places. HATE THOSE, LOVE THIS! This is worth the buy. The metal hose/neck extends making it easier for whomever is using the unit. My 3 year old enjoys vacuuming now because I can make it his size and it's not crazy loud. My husband is 6'2" and can comfortably use it. It can switch from hard surfaces to carpet (I mean carpet, not just area rugs) with a flip of a switch and you can even control the amount of suction! Such a great feature. You can really feel it grab when the suction is turned up. You can control pretty much everything at your feet, so there is less bending up and down. It is very light weight and feels like it's made of great heavy plastic. It works like a dream! You can pull it behind as you go or hold it, it's that light. I am 100% happy with this purchase and you will be too.

I’ve been using this vacuum to clean the floors around the house, and I’m really happy with its suction power. It’s lightweight and easy to maneuver, even in smaller spaces, and the 17-foot retractable cord is very convenient. I also like that it’s bagless, has a 2-liter dust container, and washable filters, which makes maintenance much easier. The pet brush and crevice tool are useful for getting a more thorough clean. I needed a vacuum while staying at a friend’s smaller 2-bedroom house for a couple weeks. They have 2 cats and their cordless was on its last legs. I needed something small and inexpensive, with a reasonably large dust bin and enough power to get cat fur out of the thick pile rug while also working well for surfaces. A battery powered model was not going to have the oomph at the price point I was looking for, and an upright wasn't going to make much sense for cleaning surfaces and hard floors, so I settled on a canister model. Occasionally I see Miele C1’s for as low as $275-300, and if that was available when I was looking, it would have been my first choice. It's more than double the cost of this Eureka, but the convenience of a bagged model with excellent suction combined with a proven longevity it would have been a worthy splurge. But there wasn't one available anywhere near that price on short notice, so I went looking at performance reviews against what was available either nearby or with Prime delivery and I landed on this model. I knew I wasn't going to get a powered floor brush for the rug, but I was hoping that the extra power would make up for it. I had higher hopes for the suction-driven brush attachment (I always call these "power paws") since I have had good luck with them from other manufacturers in the past (Dyson, Miele). And otherwise I was just hoping it had reasonable airflow and suction. What it does well: - The team at Eureka clearly studied the competition. The automatic cord rewinder, adjustable suction, top-mounted controls, and stand mode were all clearly inspired by well established canister vacuums like the Miele line; they all worked well. - The cord rewind lever has you hold it down while the cord rewinds, which I prefer to the automatic version on the Miele if only because it provides a bit more control and guards against accidental retraction - I appreciated that the rewind lever flips up into a handle to make it easy to carry - The suction was reasonable out of the box, and the vacuum was moderately quiet even at full power - The dust bin is quite reasonably sized for such a small unit; larger would be more convenient, but not at the cost of making the machine larger. What it does not do so well: - Emptying the bin is messy, like with most bagless models. The pre-filter is not secured to the dust bin well, so it frequently falls off when dumping the contents of the dust bin. - The power paw (suction-driven brush attachment) is terrible. They mimic the mechanics of the Miele one so I don't know what went wrong, but it seizes up easily. Hair and fur were easily trapped around the various shafts and against bearings, causing friction. It does come apart for cleaning quite easily (tool free), but I spent more time cleaning the attachment out than I did using it. - The vacuum lacks the suction to clean even firm woven rugs and mats without a powered brush. It's unfortunate they didn't include one with this model because it would have made all the difference. - The cord was surprisingly short, especially if you follow the manufacturers direction not to pull it out further than the yellow marking—in practice I could only get roughly 12' from where I was plugged in when accounting for slack to avoid yanking it out of the wall. Who is this good for? If you're looking for a small, reasonably quiet vacuum for hard floors and surfaces that is easy to carry and affordable, I do think this is worth considering. If you have a lot of upholstered surfaces or carpets, large rooms, or want something more allergy-friendly, though, I don't think you'll be happy with this model.

I very rarely write reviews, but I felt obligated to do so today after using the Eureka WhirlWind that was delivered today from Amazon. Yesterday when ordering this machine after my 3-year old Bissell Zing finally bit the dust with the smell of burning plastic and loss of almost all suction, I was looking for a review like THIS ONE to let me know if I should buy the same Bissell Zing again (the devil you know) or try this Eureka WhirlWind out (the devil you don’t). For those looking for a fast answer, I will tell you right now, the Eureka WhirlWind won by a mile. This is a far superior machine and comparatively priced. For those who are looking for the reasons I feel this way I have quite a bit to write. At the beginning of the pandemic, 3 years ago, I was forced to downsize my living space significantly. I moved from a very large multiple level place to a small apartment of 500 square feet. Like everyone else during the beginning of the pandemic I was forced to buy pretty much everything online. When I moved into my new place I ordered 4 area rugs from Amazon and chose high pile shag rugs (all are in my photos) as well as a no pile indoor/outdoor rug for the bathroom. My old upright vacuum cleaner from the old place would have handled these rugs wonderfully, but it was too huge to store anywhere in my new place, so I had to give it away. What I needed was a small vacuum cleaner that could be broken apart in sections and stored under the kitchen sink. I found the Bissell Zing on Amazon and ordered it immediately. When it arrived it seemed to fit the bill. It was the right size and easy to store. But right from the first use on my high pile shag rugs and it was a struggle. The Zing was very limited- did not move easily along the shag rugs and really seemed to do a poor job. Vacuuming was HARD and it was not fun- it was like an aerobic workout and the rugs never seemed to be fully free of my cat’s hair and my long hair. Still it was all I had and I just lived with it. Also with the Zing, which is bagless, like the Eureka WhirlWind, the filter was a paper honeycomb-like thing, which I hated right away. It was not easy to clean at all. I truly hated cleaning that filter! So ok, that’s what I was dealing with and I vacuumed about once a week, hating the process. After less than a year the extension wand sections, which were plastic, began to crack. It may have been all of the pressure I was forced to use to vacuum the shag rugs. Maybe if I had just low pile rugs or floors that might not have happened. But it did. It made vacuuming ever HARDER. Oh, what a chore. I got out my friendly duct tape, bandaged the plastic and resumed and went on this way for another 2 years until yesterday when I plugged in the Zing and started vacuuming and heard an unhappy sound from the motor and smelled burning plastic. Then I lost almost all suction. It had been used approximately 150 times on the rugs and floors shown in my photos. I threw it in the trash. Since my main concern was being able to store it under my kitchen sink, I could find only 2 options under $100 here on Amazon- another Zing or the Eureka Whirlwind. I read all reviews for both. I knew the Zing quite well and knew it’s limitations and was scared to get stuck with something worse (god forbid!) but I went with the Eureka WhirlWind instead. Mind you, there are a million better vacuums out there & more money will get a better machine, but the Eureka Whirlwind is much better then the Zing for MANY reasons. First of all, it was simple & brainless to put together. I think the Zing was simple as well. But as soon as I used it today it was OBVIOUS to me how much stronger the suction was and I did not have to struggle in the same was as I did with the Zing to get it across my high pile rugs. It picked up MUCH more and I honestly think my rugs got the best vacuum they have ever experienced. They are cleaner with the WhirlWind and it was EASIER to vacuum with the Whirlwind. Other features that I found make the WhirlWind better: The extension wand is METAL with the WhirlWind, not plastic, like the Zing. So even if I had to apply the same kind of pressure, the wand is stronger and will not crack. Also, the cord is 2 feet longer than the Zing, meaning I only have to plug it in to one outlet to do my whole place. But another thing I find incredible is NO MORE honeycomb paper filter! Thank goodness! The filter on this Whirlwind is FLAT and appears so much easier to wash. Hallelujah. My vacuuming experience just now with the Whirlwind took 1/2 of the time than it took with the Zing and came out cleaner and it took less physical effort from me. So that is something you should know. This is an EXCELLENT low priced, basic, small vacuum. I will do my best to update this review only if something goes wrong and I end up hating the WhirlWind,, but so far I am thankful I did not get another Zing.

Best little vacuum ever. If you want something that is nice and compact but packs a punch this is it. Would highly recommend.

Funciona bien en una casa pequeña, se calienta un poco pero supongo que es normal(no se protege), ideal para los pelos de perro, los absorve bastante bien, incluso los que estan en la sala y cojines.

My small Eureka canister vacuum arrived today and of course I had to put it together and try it out immediately. I am so impressed with the way that this little Eureka is built. The first thing I noticed is the fully adjustable metal wand as compared to the plastic ones that you get with most small vacuums. It's fully height adjustable with many many adjustments available. The floor cleaner can go from hard floors to carpets with no problem whatsoever just a click. It is amazingly easy to dump and the filter comes out very easily and cleans up very well. I used to own another brand that was this size and this one is miles above that one as far as noise, the way that it's made and the materials that it's made with and the ease of cleaning after using. I am a 73-year-old senior lady and I have just a small senior apartment approximately 500 ft. This vacuum will do absolutely everything I need it to do. I did spend some time looking for the dust brush LOL and then notice that it is actually part of the nozzle. Now that I have located that and found how easy that is to use I think it's an amazing idea to have it a permanent part of the machine so you don't have to go looking for it when you need it. All in all, this lady is very happy with her purchase. The only thing I would tell people to look for is that one of these little vacuums has an extra filter and the other one does not however they are both the same vacuum and they are the same price even though one of them has that free filter. Of course I chose the one without the free filter which is another case of just having a senior moment. Just make sure you check. I did order an extra filter for it but of course I had to pay extra. Anyway this is a really good little vacuum and I would highly recommend it to someone with a small place.

Didn’t get a chance to test it.The vacuum cleaner came with type A plug for USA/Canada/Japan even though it was ordered in Spain from Spanish Amazon. Returning.

Muy buena, ligera, potente. Parece un poco frágil pero hasta ahora no se le ha roto nada. EL cepillito azul que trae en la punta de la manguera es muy útil para sacudir cosas con mucho polvo. El accesorio para el pelo de mascotas es muy bueno. Me costo un poco adaptarme al estilo americano de esta buena máquina, viniendo de varios años de trabajar con electrolux. La recomiendo aunque me preocupa la cuestión de los filtros de respuesto.
