I putting these in 95 gmc have a pioneer 400w 2chl should i go down on the amp or just set the gain down lower to drive the speaker

For the size of your amp I wouldn't go with that coaxial. I would go with a higher series or separates.

Will these fit in a 2006 gmc envoy xl . I know i need a 6.5 but will the be to long

It fit in a Honda Civic. Not sure about GMC

Is this for a 2008 honda accord

Look online for the speaker size of your car and if says 6.5 inch then it'll be a perfect fit

it would fit in my 1998 jeep wrangler overhead bar?

Yes, they should. You may need to make some modifications to make them fit depending on the exact model you have.
