These are grate. They do just as they say: you will have sustained energy. The energy you have after your best sleep. Mom 97 she takes just 3 tablets & you can see the difference within 30 minutes. I also take them. Helps power me through the day. We also like the taste.

I read that astronauts take these when they return from the space station as part of their recovery. The article stated that it helps mitochondria which are our energy generators. There’s only one ingredient. No fillers etc. it’s very green and smells clean . Crunchy if you chew them. Sometimes I just swallow them like pills. I take these in the morning on an empty stomach. Then I drink coffee or green tea with lemon. So far it hasn’t caused nausea or upset stomach.

Great product - I love the energy!

I’m looking forward to trying these and feeling the results. On first impression I tried to chew these which was one of the main reasons to pay the high price and hopefully higher quality. All I can say about chewing them is “ Don’t “. Unless you do not mind having them in crusted on and around your teeth with a big green mess, I needed to is a tooth pick, Floss and brush to pry them away. I must add they do taste good, almost nutty. The resealable bag doesn’t work well. My bag was coated with fine dust i couldn’t brush off. I ended up having to use another container 🥹 so verdict is still out.

The product as described,& its a quality product,I used it before but I refused it due to delivery issues,the parcel was left outside in the heat having a red tag & was open,so I wish the amason management can help us in this area to implement food safety policy as seaweed or any food cannot be left unattended outside in the heat
