CleverSpa Small Square Award Winning Universal Thermal Hot Tub Cover, Outdoor Spa Cover, Waterproof, UV Resistant- Fits all Hot Tubs up to 150cm

This is my second Clever Spa cover. Not because the first one doesn't work (oh, boy DOES IT WORK!) but I decided to buy a smaller hot-tub to keep costs down and the big square Clever Spa cover that I bought for a Lazy Spa Miami (which did the job perfectly well on a round Lazy Spa Zurich) was looking a little tatty after 3 years of 365 day exposure to the elements (but it still works perfectly).I happened to notice that the round cover (a perfect fit, shiny and new,) was ONLY £24.99. Excuse, what now?? I paid about £90 for the square one and was fully prepared to spend that again. Perhaps its the energy crisis. Who knows but the quality is identical, its perfect and I love it.My round tub has a thermal lining of its own but even so, the Clever Spa cover slashed a further 30% off the cost of running the hot tub (which I leave on daily at 35 degrees). Even if I switch the pump to 20 degrees (anti-freeze mode) the water temperature stays at 31 degrees. I buy a lot of stuff on Amazon (not all of it ideal) but I can honestly say in the last 3 years of buying, this is one of the best, no THE best, that I have bought. Its paid for my Amazon Prime membership easily. When I used it on the Miami (which has no thermal lining the running costs dropped by 55%. Precise as my husband bought a meter in response to the meter spinning! Even he was impressed.The cover comes vacuum packed and puffs up easily. With a big note to say "make sure you put it on with the logo facing out". I am that customer who failed to do this with the first one and it soaks up water like a sponge if you do that! Read the instructions!Used correctly and with the logo facing out, the cover can soak up water if you leave it outside in Hurricane Henry (or whatever storm is coming next). Mine has survived 5 storms. Yes, 5. Water can get in the seams under dramatic weather circumstances and if so, I just hang it up (over a garden chair) and within 15 minutes its dripped dry and light as a feather again. That's the way I have lived life with my Clever Spa cover for 3 years and it still works. It survives storm damage and still saves me money.If you are running a hot tub and you DONT have one of these, seriously, get one now before energy prices drop and the cost of these bad-boys goes back up.

This fits our lay z spa miami perfectly and has given great results from the first use (as you would expect!).It's a good weight so doesn't flap around in the wind when fitted, and you can see how waterproof it is when it rains - the water beads up and slides off really well.After a couple of weeks use, it's still pristine, haven't had to clean it at all. The rain and such just slides right off.The cover feels really good quality and has a zip out panel to go round the connections to the pump/heater.It would have been nice if this had holes or something so it could be fitted properly, but as it doesn't I've just zipped it on about three quarters and it's open just enough for the tubes to come through.There is, a strap that does attach under the tubes, so even having this gap the wind doesn't pull the cover around.After first fitting it, I left it a couple of hours then put my hand up inside - I was shocked to feel how warm it was inside there.Previously, if I turned my heater off at 9pm, I would lose about 5 or 6 degrees by 9am. Now, I lose about 2 degrees in the same time period.

The media could not be loaded. The cover fits our tub perfectly even with a double bladder underneath. There is a little space left allowing it to be tucked into the base snug covering the whole tub.The cover is thick, very good quality and worth the investment. It’s well made to last several seasons and ideally all weathers. It’s not flimsy in any way. The edges are tubed providing stability. It is heavy in the box although lightweight when unpacked and on the tub.Easy to unpack. It looks good. Full spa coverage (Aurora is 2.08x2.08), waterproof and worth the investment.

I have lazy spa Miami...so I wanted to buy a thermal cover but looked at lazy spas Thermal cover price which was £120... which I thought was a bit much because when I saw this clever spa version for £30 and read the really good reviews about it.. I decided to buy one ...and must admit I was very pleased with the quality and the fit on my hot tub,as it fitted like a glove and looks great and recently had rain and it was certainly waterproof like a ducks back...So have saved money, and the product certainly saved on electricity and retains the heat in my hot tub perfectly.

Had this supposedly waterproof cover for a month now. Been using the hot regularly (grandkids love it) and have definitely noticed the benefits of its heat retention properties. And definitely works as in saving energy and retaining heat in the spa. I live in Wales and the tub is outside. So you can imagine it's wet a lot of the time. While the cover does a excellent job of what its supposed to do. It is no where near waterproof. Good example of this. I took it off this morning after a heavy night of rain. And it was like a massive sponge. It was soaked through and weighed a ton. God knows how long it will take to dry out thoroughly.That's why the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5. Besides the sponge like quality. Its a definite money saver. Fitted perfect
