The young boys I gave these to were really thrilled with the gift. Look good and have loads of useful information. Just right for young boys not otherwise interested in the Bible maybe! A great gift

I bought this as a gift for a 10 year old at church and I think it will appeal to him in design and the extra features should be useful but the print size is very small and I think for this age I would have preferred a big bible if it meant a bigger font size. However I think its a good bible that would be long-lasting enough in style and handy in size to even go on into student years.

what I like about this bible is that you can use it as a presentation bible and at this price you can afford to give them away, which I do for people who come to Alpha when they don't have a bible.There is a good introduction to what Christianity is as well as a short concordance.

Use this bible as an everyday resource.I bought it to see what I thought of the NLT version as I was struggling to understand a passage in the NIV version. Has been a great purchase, the passage I was struggling with became clear to me & I now take it to work everyday and don't worry about it getting damaged given the cost of replacement. Good quality paper which I use a highlighter on which does not bleed through which is a plus given the price. Jesus words are highlighted in red which my other bibles don't have.Would recommend this bible to anyone wanting to try out the NLT version of the bible.

I read this version online & i love it so decided to get it. Though the cover is not so strong, i just needed it as an additional bible to what I already have so its okay. If you're looking for something to use more daily or frequently I might suggest a hard copy or stronger back but the content is perfect. Simple English & easy to understand. I love the NLT version.

What a great bible this is. I have found the extra notes a great help. It takes away all the old English words, and enables you to understand the most important book in the world.
