This is by far my favorite tanning lotion. I have been buying this product for many years and absolutely love it. It is so easy to apply. First I shave and moisturize with lotion then after it drys about an hour later I add the Jergens. The color is so pretty like a natural tan. I get the best results when I get a little base tan It makes the product look so natural and beautiful. You can gradually increase your color by applying a little each day depending on how tan you would like to be. My favorite part is it doesn't wash off right away when getting in the shower. You have about 5-10 minutes to wash it off if for some reason you are not happy with the results but once dry it stays on very well. The key is making sure you apply evenly all over. And again a base tan makes it even better. The color shows up quickly as it drys. I like to wait a day after of not shaving so it can really lock in but you dont have to do that. Its great how it stays on for quite a while if you apply a little as it fades but shaving is not an issue for future showers. You may see a little come off when shaving but it is a very small amount. This bottle lasts me for about a month because of how well the color stays on. The scent is so-so . It doesn't smell like a fresh perfume scent like I would like but it doesn't smell bad. It's basically what you would think of for a smell of tanning lotion, if that makes sense. Ive smelled some that were really disgusting. This does not bother me at all. A little can come off on clothes when it is still drying but not later once it has dried. Good luck ladies this product keeps me tan all year long you will love it! I am a self tan girl. I have tried lots of different ones, and am always looking for a great self tan that doesn’t break the bank. This stuff is by far my favorite and the only one I keep in stock now. It comes off your hands easily but stays on wherever you put it. I put it on after the shower and let it set / dry for about 5 minutes and it’s good to go. It doesn’t leave an orange type tan, it looks natural, and I always get asked how I’m so tan!

The absolute best I’ve tried!!! Better than the mousse & better than any other self tan I’ve tried!! I have to admit, I used the jergens gradual lotion years ago & it always ended up streaky on me, so I was skeptical about Jergens. A friend recommended this lotion because she knew I’ve been “self tanning” for a couple of years now. I had actually purchased the Jergens instant tan mousse but hadn’t used it yet, so I ordered this instant tan in the lotion version and OMG!!!! I’m obsessed. Previously, I’ve only ever used self tanning mousse, but I don’t like the way it feels on my skin- so I’d always get an express/ fast “express” tan mousse so that I wouldn’t have to sleep in it. This lotion is (obviously) a lotion, so once it drys, it’s really like nothing is on the skin at all except a hydrating lotion. The tan color starts developing immediately upon drying. What I LOVE is that you can still go on about your day with it on because it’s an instant dark tan look without having a green or orange tone like many of the self tans I’ve tried. I’ve put this lotion on, let it dry, and go out to dinner with no problem. I can come home, sleep in it and not feel like a gross self tan is stick on my body I did also try the instant tan mousse version, and this one is definitely more superior to me! The mousse is a typical mousse that isn’t as hydrating, and does end up a little patchy once it starts fading. The lotion version doesn’t seem to be “patchy” upon fading, the color just fades away with time. If I want to keep the “darkness” of the tan, I would reapply every 3-4 days, but I’d say it can last up to 7 days with using a moisturizer daily, just obviously not as dark as the days go on Self tan people know that self tanners do have that distinct “smell,” but I honestly feel that the lotion one isn’t nearly as aggressive of a smell than many others I’ve tried. I’ll probably keep re- ordering this one forever!! I’m obsessed

Well, if you need to tan instantly, this is definitely the cream to use! I gave it 4 stars because it will absolutely stain your hands unless you use gloves AND your clothing as well unless you take the necessary time to ensure it dries completely before you dress. Note too that it dries to a bit of an orange-y tint but not a major drawback for me. I have begun to mix it with the Jergens lighter glow tanning cream before applying. Be sure to apply as evenly as possible because a hurried application will come out splotchy for sure.

All instant tanners were awful on me, they streaked and were very orange on my fair cool toned Irish skin but this is the exception! Terrific color, brown with red hues develop within hours. I have learned to moisturize first, then using a large mitt apply a thin layer, knees and elbows LAST using the remnants of what’s left on the mitt. I have also used a makeup brush at night to apply a tiny bit to my face and wake up to just a smidge of natural looking color. This is a very nice product for a reasonable price, highly recommend.

Works as promised. Good on smoothly without streaking. Is darker than expected. Good value for the money.

As I feared with any/all "turns darker by next day" lotions, this one slowly turns you orange, much like the 1960s "QT" but not as radical. So many here are calling it a natural tan; I've never turned orange lying in the sun. It's not an awful product, by any means. It smells good, looks okay after applying. But the next day, you'll see a nice, even, jaundiced look emerging. I stopped after two days; Lord knows what a week of using this stuff would have done. After decades of these products, one thing is for sure: they just can't get the color right.

I had skin cancer so don’t go in the sun. This gives me a natural looking tan and I used it several times a week. It’s great for moisturizing my skin as well.

La compré porque llegando la primavera intenté usar mis vestidos ,pero mis piernas eran 6 tonos menos que mi brazos. Con esta crema santo remedio! *Eso sí la aplicación no están fácil. Se tiene que tener el tiempo necesario para no vestirse hasta que seque perfectamente si no puede quedar un tono disparejo.

Funciona súper bien. Con una sola puesta me bronceo
