This is unacceptable. THIS IS A SKINCARE PRODUCT. I received an opened and damaged product. The package was already opened and damaged when I received it. The amazon package was not damaged which means the product was sent as it is when it was sent to me. There was no seal on it at all and the product was loosely laying inside the package which was opened torn and damaged. The product itself is also not working, the dropping cap does not work and it does not take in the serum so you have to pour it into your hand if you wanted to use it. The cap does not close tighly so the serum will get oxidised far too quickly. And I strongly believe the seller sent me an already returned item. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER AT ALL. Amazon rejected my replacement request automatically. How can you trust a product which is opened and damaged and have no seal? This is a skincare product.

Works well on dark spots. It will take few weeks for the results. So if you use consistently it will definitely work.

The bottle came unsealed and contents was half filled in it. So not sure if it is an opened used product though date on it is a future one.

The product and its quality and packing and all are awesome to be honest . The usage is sooo easy there is small dropper like thing in the pack itself for taking the serum and the best part is the filler cones with a caping system so that we can close the bottle of serum with the droper in it so that we can use it easily the next time we use and its non spilling and secured. There is another tight cap if u need so, but the cap is tight so we cant remove easily if u use the product daily . The product is non smelly and comfortable . the quality is good .. for such a high price the quantity can be little more 😅 . just a suggestion. ITS LITTLE COSTLY
