Are these very heavy to hold as I am a pensioner with arthritus

Weight It is noticeable when I put it into my bag. There are lighter weight brollys out there. It’s not so much the weight that may be the issue but your grip on the handle on a windy rainy day as it’s smooth and will slip out of hand easily ( just my opinion ) curved handle may be better?

What kind of "wood" is the handle, please?

100% handmade real wood handle, the wood is very strong and beautiful. Polished carefully with wood varnish for good fell when touched.

Will this fit into a 32.5cm cubbyhole? My other umbrella has a spring so it does actually push down into a slightly shorter length.

Hello, The umbrellas is 33 cm long when folded. Thank you
