What is the warranty / life expectancy of this product?

Hello, the product has a 10 year warranty. As for life expectancy, the heater has no moving parts to wear or fail, so unless it is damaged by outside causes it should last the life of the floor / building.

Does it need a dedicated circuit?

It depends on the size of the floor mat. If it's small - less than 50 sq ft then no. It won't pull that much amperage so it cam share a 20 amp circuit. If larger than 50 sq ft I recommend a dedicated circuit.

I have 270 sq ft floor, can I connect/combine more than one of these? Use same thermostat? 110 or 220 line?

Hello, the max load on a 110/120v thermostat is 1800watts which is 150sqft of heating. The max load on a 220/240 thermostat is 3600watts which is 300sqft of heating. If you need to cover 270sqft, I would recommend the 220/240 range as you can connect multiple mats up to a combined 300sqft (3600watts). LuxHeat mats can be bought as complete kits, or mats only. Trust this helps.
