I give it 5 stars because she really loved it!
It was a gift for my boss who really delves into the Christmas spirit, so when she opened her gift, she immediately turned on the music and shook the globe and she's got it on her desk and will probably have it on her desk all year long. I give it 5 stars because she really loved it!

UGH what happened to Humans ability to do things right and well anymore MERRY CHRISTMAS - oh and afraid to open the worn box to
it just arrived and it is a santa and polar bear snowglobe with barely any snow - NOT a winter sleigh Ride!! totally different snow globe, not what we ordered! Very upsetting with days left till christmas and no time to correct -the box even looks used with bends and worn corners! UGH what happened to Humans ability to do things right and well anymore MERRY CHRISTMAS - oh and afraid to open the worn box to see if it even works or if we are just giving our daughter a snowglobe we could of easily picked up at a local land fill!

Very pretty. It's tradition to get my daughter a new snow globe for Christmas each year. This one has nice music. She likes it.

Not what I wanted
This was supposed to play, 'Have yourself a Merry Little Christmas. Instead it plays 'Santa Claus is Coming to Town. Not happy. So far, I haven't found a way to return it.
