The batch may not look right ?
The product works .. actually helps with my ADHD- HOWEVER… I’ve clearly been given a batch that do not LOOK fresh. In fact I’ve had to throw one away it looked that awful 😢

Life changing !
I brought these in Tesco on a whim. And my god. I have suffered with anxiety, depression and unmediated adhd all my life. I took one of these and it was like someone turned the sound in my head off. No constant noise, no anxiety. I could cry how amazing these have been for me. I thought I’d try a different brand with more vitamin b6 in and didn’t help. The third ingredient in these must be working wonders. I’ve also given my friends these to try and they’ve said the same.
