It’s the best! Hands down! The HydroPulse makes sinus irrigation fast and easy. I went from being afraid of the THOUGHT of pouring water into my sinuses to using this whenever I felt it could help. I have been suffering from occasional, but terrible sinus issues for a while. Short of surgery, this gives me the best relief. When I found the manually operated Netipot to be ineffective, I looked at the other devices available and settled on the HydroPulse because of the ability to customize it to my needs. It has 3 sizes of irrigation heads. It also has what I’ll call a tongue irrigator head. This makes the set and you get 2 sets. The device can be set to stream constantly or pulse and you can adjust the pressure of the pulse. I took great care with the device, but still cracked the reservoir. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. I called and got a HUMAN! I asked for a replacement of the reservoir. They sent me a new device! I’m SO GLAD I went for this device. It’s a life saver for me. Great value!

The product concept is good, but my unit leaked badly. Too much water pours from the bottom. Not returnable..HOWEVER Mfg. Customer support is GREAT..New unit on the way!!

I have used this product for a few years and it has completely cleared up my sinus problems. I have also found that customer service is excellent. I recommend this unit to anyone that suffers from nasal allergies or sinus problems. I use it every morning after I get up.

This unit absolutely does not leak. I wanted to get that out of the way first. Just line up the plastic grooves, push until it clicks, and screw it in good enough. You can actually look through the bottom side of the tubing unit when sliding it into the base to make sure that the inlet and outlet meet correctly. I wanted to get that out of the way first, because I ended up choosing this product over others because a lot of the bad reviews were obviously due to user error, so I couldn't tell if this product was actually bad or not. So, my review is focused on the continuous flow feature. It does not produce a continuous flow. It just pulses about twice as frequently. And a bit (maybe twice) more aggressively. The lowest setting, with any tip, on continuous is way too fast. The reservoir is empty in about a quarter of the time it usually takes me when using their bottles, which is not a positive (don't take it as a "time-saving" type of thing). My problem is dry nose, dry mucus. I need to let everything get wet and give it time to absorb moisture, and then flush it out. This is impossible with this unit. Because a lot of my sinus passages were obstructed, it seems that the path of least resistance was my left eustachian tube, which is now filled with gunk. It's about the end of the day here now, and this started after using it last night. I think the best solution would be buying a different product, but filling it with neilmed packs if you don't like theirs.

I'm only used this a few times so I can't say much about long-term durability. If you're used to a regular old neti pot like I was, it takes some getting used to because it is quite powerful. There are several different levels of flow so I had to play around with it to find one that was comfortable to use for me but I'm impressed with this so far.

I have bad allergies and this was a game changer this spring. I have been using saline rinse for years and this is a step above. Best $40 I spent so far this year.
