It is great neck pillow that long flights! I can really fall sleep using this pillow.Unfortunately, on my last flight to Hong Kong with Asiana Airlines , they told me it is too big and stopped me to use it.So, check with your airline before flight.

I found that this product lost a little bit of the air pressure during use. Also, this is a tall pillow, so you might find yourself tipping to either side as you sleep (if you do sleep). I recently completed two 10+ hour flights. I tried to use this pillow during each, but being in regular economy class (thus the reason for the pillow) I found that there really isn't enough room between the seats to really get good use of the product. If the person in front of you reclines their seat, you're pretty much screwed. That's not a complaint against this product, but rather all pillows of this nature will have a problem with the lack of space.

It is the Only neck pillow that work for me! And its gave me chance to relax neck muscles and upper shoulder muscles while in flight. Unfortunately, a lot of airlines prohibited usage of inflatable devices on the flight - "can create obstacles in case of evacuation" . So, on my last flight from Tokyo Hawaiian Airline stopped me from using this pillow! And it was devastating for my neck. So, Google it before your flight to know if your airline prohibited use of this devices. And, may be change airline that you planning to flight with. No more Hawaiian for me, for sure!

Best travel pillow! World traveler and have tried them all. Inflates/deflated really easily for when drink & food service comes. Rolls back into carry bag perfectly too. Doesn't mess up my hair either - nice!

I tried it on a 7 hour flight and had limited success sleeping. My lower back hurt being hunched over for long periods of time...granted I am a 220lb middle-aged man that has put in a lot of hard labor hours in my life and my back shows it....Also, it does not work well in standard (economy) seating, because the top of your head (or forehead) will hit the seat in front of you, and if (or when) that person reclines, you have no room for this pillow. Overall it is an OK idea, but it will probably only work for a specific body-type (limber back) with a specific amount of leg room in the seat. I can imagine someone smaller than me having more success.

I will admit, I was embarrassed blowing up these pillows on the plane, but they were absolutely necessary for our flight to and from Hawaii. I was actually able to get some sleep while on the plane with these pillows. They deflate very quick and easily fold back into the bag it comes with. Great purchases.

I bought this for my long flight from the US to Europe. I only used it for half the flight there and packed in my checked luggage on the way back home. It was too tall for it to be comfortable and I am not a short person. The fabric lining where you put your face is rough - I had to put a blanket around it. Not worth the money at all.

Took it to spirit airline for a 5 hours flight (Western to Eastern). It is still a little too big relative to the economy seat if settled on the table. I can only set it vertically (same as main pictures of the product).
