Generic Rubberized Protector Cover for Samsung Galaxy Victory 4G LTE L300 - Retail Packaging - Black

I bought another case for $10 that I don't like nearly as much as this one. I like that this one exposes all the buttons and slots you need access to. It doesn't say in the description but this case has a front and back that snap together, but it's not bulky. Once they are attached you hardly notice it was two pieces and it's a nearly smooth seam. The material is a hard, rigid plastic.I removed one star for a couple of reasons. The case is so hard that I'm wondering how well it will absorb impacts. It seems it would be nice to have softer plastic, at least at the corners. It'll prevent scuff marks on the phone but I don't know how well it will protect it from jarring falls. Secondly, the images on this Amazon page are obvious photoshop jobs. They didn't even take a picture of the actual case, they just put black where the case would go. I know this item is dirt cheap but it would be nice to see what the case is actually going to look like before buying.

The case is really nice. It is light and not too bulky. I really like the feel of the case compared to the actual plastic feel of the phone. The only problem I had is trying to take off the case. It is a good thing that the case doesn't come off easily just in case I drop it but not when I try to take out the battery. I have dropped it once and there's no damage except a slight scratch to the case. There is easy access to all the buttons on the side, including the slot for the micro SD card. Overall, I have no problems with it besides the fact that it is hard to take off. I'm pretty impressed with this cover, especially for the price. I would recommend this product to other people. I also will be considering buying another one, if something does happen to the current case I have right now.

Ordered this on the 6th of November and it arrived on the 20th of November. Estimated delivery was between Wednesday, December 4, 2013 - Friday, December 20, 2013 by 8:00pm.At first I thought it was a slip on cover that you usually snap around your phone, but I learned that it is actually two pieces that snap together. Once they were in place, I had a difficult time disconnecting the two without feeling like something would break. If you take a flat head screw driver or something similar to the slot on the upper right side of it and gently press inward, you should hear kind of a snap sound. I suggest taking time to examine the case before putting it on your phone so you will know where the snap on points are located in case you need to remove it again. There are about six of them: 1 on each of the corners of the case and 1 on each side. So far it's worked great and I haven't had any problems. I'm quite pleased with it.

Uneven fit, particularly on the left-side between the power button and the Micro SD card, it had an annoying burr that I had to remove with a razor blade since that's where my finger holds it when watching videos. It's also difficult to remove, though that could also be a good thing since one wouldn't want the thing popping off randomly. For $3 and some odd, it was definitely a worthwhile cost. Can't really expect much more. It fits fairly snugly (a *little* bit of play, but not really noticeable), and there is the aforementioned uneven edges, but it's definitely better than nothing at all.UPDATE: Purchased in Oct 2014, one of the snap corners broke in March 2015, making it loose and liable to open itself now. Admittedly I've opened it up a few times for cleaning (maybe around 5-10 times), but still that seems disappointing. Will probably be replacing it with something better. For <$5, it's not terrible, but you can do better.

This case is actually 2 pieces, 1 that is a soft plastic and 1 hard plastic. The soft one goes around the corners and back and makes it easier to grip. The hard plastic goes around the sides and back (holding in the soft plastic) and protects the phone well. The only complaint I have is that it comes off easier than I'd like it too. It's not completely loose so it won't fall off on it's own, but I like my cases really tight. Overall a great value for the money I paid ($4.00), it does the job.

The case arrived on time and I was eager to try the case on my new phone. I put it on and the last part (one corner) would not stay connected. I took it off and put it on again from the opposite end and it just would not stay closed. I had to put a couple of drops of super glue on the groves of the case to get it to stay closed. It fits the phone perfectly and I really can't complain too much because it was cheap. I just wished they would do a better job of inspecting these cases before they leave the factory.

This is a nice case. Definitely worth the $. I purchased a few of them for several different people with this phone. They only negative comment I've gotten from anyone who has used it is that when you have longer nails that the case gets in the way of the keypad. Other than that it's worked well -- & the phone has been dropped several times, of course.

With tax and shipping included it was under $3.00, so there ya go. Ya get what ya pay for. It doesn't fully fit my phone, on one corner it will not stay snapped shut. I dropped my phone a couple times since putting it on, and the cover flew off in two pieces and the phone went the other direction.
