I have had torn cartilage in my knee since 2020 recently had it operated on, I tried every single pain killer, gell, and spray available over the counter, non of them worked! It would wake me up every night aching, therefore when someone recommended these to me I didn't hold out much hope.I have to say they are by far the best thing for my knee pain I have ever used, put one on at bet time sleep although the night with not even a niggle, also lasts most of the day! CAN'T RECOMMENDED THESE ENOUGH if I could rate them 10 stars I would. Just a warning they have a very strong herbal smell which in my opinion is a small price to pay

Got them for my wife's knee,found the smell strong but no pain relief at all totally useless ,not buying again would be better if gave out heat.Tried myself found after few minutes felt a warm glow but the odd smell remained even so "ill be back " for more later

Have osteo in both knees , waiting on word re knee replacements. Pain has been tough of late and trying my hardest not to touch Ibuprofen etc. Really tough going from sitting to standing and horrifying attempting stairs !Applied these patches to right knee and pain relief gel to left .Went to bed ,got up and other than stiffness in the right knee …it’s virtually pain free ,while the left is still in a lot of pain .Have NO idea how these work ,but they absolutely do (for me !)12 hours later the two patches are still on and I’m sat anticipating the pain coming back . Nothing !Smell isn’t THAT unpleasant and if you’re in pain ,let’s face it your only focus is getting rid of that pain , not “smells “Not a single clue what it is in the ingredients that workBut they do !Arrived quickly and I am absolutely over the moon at the results !Give them a go .

Do not stay on in warm weather.

Although they stick on easily, the smell is far too overpowering. Perhaps I just got a strong batch. I can't wear these because people keep asking me what the smell is. My husband says "are you wearing curry again today?" So I consider these a waste of money, unfortunately. They did seem to ease the pain although my skin under the patch was very hot and painful for the first half-hour, and I've only used one. Gone back to the knee support for now. Just can't bear the smell. Everything else about them was fine.

Was very surprised that these helped my arthritic knee. Im very pleased with them , they stay in place . Smell of herbs is a bit off putting at first but you get used to it. I found full one too big , but they can be cut easily to smaller size . Hoping to reduce my pain killers too . Going to try a piece on my arthritic thumb today . Only down side , wish they were on prescription, as a pensioner the cost will add up .Overall very pleased , will be getting more.

I was really hoping this item would work on my arthritic knees. Arrived swiftly. Very impressed with the shape and really stuck to my knees really well. BUT, O dear the odour which intensified and left me feeling sick and ended up having such a raging headache. Such a shame as I'm sure it would have helped my knees but, could not stand the smell.

Used these patches on my knee and immediately you can feel them working, my knee heats up quickly. I love the smell as I love herbs and all things good for you. That's what so nice to know, that I'm using these amazing patches made with wormwood, dried ginger, cinnamon, orange peel, fructus chaenomelis, boswelliacarteri, myrrh, clove, garden balsam stem, borneolum, glycerol, lanolin and laurocapram instead of chemicals! Would definitely recommend!
