The band has good elasticity, doesn't roll up easily, and is easy to carry anywhere. Great value for money and highly recommended for home workouts.

The resistance bands are worth-it for the price which i paid. Specially the black one which is providing the accurate amount of resistance that i need during my pre workouts. Although the quality of ankle straps could be enhanced by adding some padding and the padding in tge door anchor is very thin. But the quality of handles are too good. I hope they will last long enough.Thankyou for the product.

Hardly used bands. Already one of them tore with the slightest stretch. Luckly I was not seriously injured. Just a blister on the finger for a couple of days. Cheap. Don't buy
