These are WONDERFUL and so easy to use. As soon as I cut open the sealed bags I could smell the spices, they're fabulous quality. They blend into all types of things extremely easily, and I promise you'll find yourself searching for new ways to use them all the time. I only wish they made other sets that didn't have many of the same flavors in each. The only one I didn't really care for is the chai, as I find its too heavy on the pepper/spiciness. Also, they're all super potent but the lemongrass is ULTRA STRONG so use sparingly or you'll ruin your dish.

They are super concentrated. Must use with care. Not even a full drop is required. Only a dab can work. It add so much flavor and aroma to my food and drinks.
