I bought this without reading the reviews. At first I was extremely disappointed with the sharpening! It just wouldn't work out. I complained to L'oreal and they sent me replacement coupons. I got two more and I came back on here and read the reviews. Wow what a difference! So now I simply freeze it for about 15 minutes and now I get a perfect point! Try it. It works!
