Is the 65L bag carry-on size?

No. Expanded: 24.2" x 10.5" x 13.4" exceeds most carry-on limits. Use as checked luggage. Always verify airline size policies pre-flight.

Why did the zipper burst? How to prevent this?

Overloading or sharp objects cause zipper failure. Max weights 65L: 40 lbs (18 kg) 85L: 55 lbs (25 kg) 115L: 70 lbs (32 kg) Pack soft items only; avoid overstuffing.

Does the bag have a chemical smell? How to remove it?

New materials may have a slight odor. Solution 1:Air out 24-48 hours 2:Wash with mild soap 3:Store unfolded initially Odor dissipates completely with use.

Are the handles durable for heavy loads?

Handles support max weights (see Q2) when used correctly Lift with BOTH hands DON’T drag over rough surfaces DON’T overload (stresses seams) Reinforced stitching passes weight tests.

How compact is the 85L when folded?

Folds to 11.2" x 9.2" (≈thick book size). Fits in backpacks/suitcase corners Won’t fit in small purses See size chart in images for exact specs.
