I have bought between 6-8 of these over the years and love them!I originally found these through the 30x40 YouTube channel, but I have kept using these notebooks ever since.They are sturdy, fold flat, the dots on the page are useful. I take notes in these books, journal in them, tear out pages to take with me. And also still inexpensive enough to where I feel good putting them to use!All around great product, and I will continue to buy them.

This notebook was suggested in the architecture essentials toolkit by 30x40 Design Workshop and I can see why. I wanted to wait awhile to leave a review to have had ample time to use it through and through.The dot grid comes in handy for sketching proportionally and I use it daily for note taking in my courses. I use a mix of pen and graphite and would say with it’s highly smooth so more suited for use with a pen. These are about A5 size so a good size for easy transport in a laptop bag or even just carrying about.I do wish the band was slightly tighter is it does slip off but it’s a minor complaint for the value.Overall a good notebook as a cheaper alternative to some of the more expensive sketchbooks out there. This is perfect for me.The dots are in the same place from page to page, which isn't always the case with other brands.The dots are 5 mm apart as stated. The last dot is about 3 mm from the side and 2mm from the bottom.The dots are a little darker than I like, but they will work for me.The covers are plain, and mine came with a little edge damage on the upper left corner.The band to keep it closed is a little 2.25 mm bungee cord attached with metal rivits.The paper is very smooth and pretty thick. I'll do a pen / marker test as soon as Amazon delivers my new ones.It doesn't have an index or page numbers, but that's how I like it. I want to make my own.Behind the front cover, and before the back cover, there is a thick rough blank sheet of paper.Please review the pictures I attached to see the things I mentioned.

As my first BuJo I was happily surprised. For the price I got this I wasn't expecting such fine quality. The journal is lightweight yet has a lot of pages that are thin but don't let any pen bleed through. I really enjoy the minimalist look on the outside and how great it looks when it's just sitting there. It allows the owner to make it something that reflects their personality or keep as is and draw a lot of looks from hipsters in cool coffee shops. I HIGHLY recommend this journal for anyone looking for something simple and at a great price but yet is high quality.

I like this notebook, not fancy, buy sturdy and neat. It looks very comfortable. The size seems as a A5 paper, not big, but is a good size to put in the a small bag.

I like that it feels light on my hands, easy to handle, I also like the paper tone and the dots dont feel too dark or distracting, it doesnt disturb your flow when designing.

I absolutely like the material on these papers. easy to sketch
