The fanciest Roomba wasn’t working for our house, it kept stopping for every unidentified reason and not mapping well and the app was very frustrating. We switched to this and are super impressed. It does the job with tons of dog hair and he’s very responsive and smart. The app is more basic but the mapping feature is incredible. It’s easy to use and doesn’t send a million notifications. We have had to reconnect to the router every other week. It made a perfect map of our house and it has a line instead of a weird circle everywhere it’s gone. Does the job thoroughly and empties way better than the Roomba, still gets clogged now and then if it’s been a while since the last clean and you have two boys and long haired dogs, so I’ve manually emptied it a few times. No biggie, my bad! It’s louder than the Roomba on max power, but we run it when we are gone. Very quiet on quiet mode. Best value!!

I'll start with the good, because there are a lot fewer nice things to say about the L900X. It seems well built enough. The battery (after a few weeks) is plenty large and it does a decent enough job of cleaning my hardwood floors. It does a good job of navigating. The software to control it is awful. It is lacking even the most basic functions you would expect from a robot vacuum. I can't schedule it to clean the living room every Tuesday night. It will simply turn on and do whatever it wants. You can't tell it to empty the bin at 10am either, nor can you tell it to use different suction levels in different rooms. You can't add additional accounts to allow other people to control the robot either. Creating sections/defining rooms in the app is ridiculously difficult...but it's not something you have to do often. The mop is....I mean...it's so bad I don't think you can even call it a mop. It's a piece of cloth that gets pulled behind. It holds virtually no water and there is no ability to tell it to mop, not can you adjust the wetness level. It just vacuums with a mostly dry piece of cloth. They even put stickers on the manual to cover up the real mopping functionality you would expect. It's embarrassingly bad, or my unit is broken, but the lack of any in-app control of the mop leads me to believe it's working as intended. There are also no troubleshooting steps for the mop because it doesn't actually do anything. The English robot voices are all heavily accented and difficult to understand. I recommend turning them off. If you want a robot you can tell to vacuum a room right now, and you can get it on sale, this is an okay choice. If you want more than that, if you want a schedule, if you want advanced features, if you want a mop, or software that isn't awful....get something else.

Having purchased 2 Coredy vacuums as gifts, and the recipients always saying how much they use and love their vacuum, I decided to treat myself and I’m so glad I did! There are so many awesome features that I haven’t even set up yet, but I’m going to soon! My favorite is that it vacuums and then mops and the auto-mapping is spectacular! It is quiet, the suction is great and it is a huge time-saver. I normally like to run it while I’m doing the dishes, laundry, cleaning the bathroom, etc, and by the time I’m done with all that, 2hrs later, my house is spotless! I have one dog and it had no problem picking up the dog hair. This purchase was definitely worth the money and one of the best gifts I ever bought myself! It is definitely a keeper. I have also had to call Coredy customer service a few times, just to answer some questions or get some help and they are outstanding! I had to leave a voicemail once and they actually called me back! I have spoken with Ben and Dave and they both were patient, kind, helpful and professional. For me, I will stay with Coredy products. I hope you enjoy your Coredy L900X as much as I do, but if you ever have a problem or question, please call them first. They are definitely a company that listens to its’ customers and is committed to “making it right”. Have fun and enjoy the extra time you’ll have!

I purchased this in June (7 months ago) and at first it seemed to work decently. The mopping feature is useless as it doesn’t dispense as it goes, so it leaves two wet streaks and mops both else. The dust bin feature quit working at four months and despite thorough examination, thoroughly cleaning the unit and ensuring nothing is blocked or clogged, it refuses to self empty. Original mapping appeared perfect but I’ve had to remap several times and each time the mapping gets less logical and more spots are completely missed. Seven months ago I scored a “deal” and paid $477 here on Amazon for my Coredy L900X… today I could purchase it for less than $140 right here on Amazon as well. That ought to tell me something… Very dissatisfied with this product.

So far I’ve had no issues and the vacuum works great. Does carpet and hardwood floors nice. I’ve only used the mopping feature once. It was just ok. The app isn’t very good. It only saves one map. If you have more than one area/floor then it has to remap every time it is changed. It doesn’t save your partitions or no go areas. And setting those up are not the easiest thing. Once setup it’s pretty easy to use. But the map has been lost due to an internet outage as well. Overall it’s a great vacuum that is hindered by the app. You don’t have to use the app at all.
