Definitely has a kick but it actually feels like its preparation has resulted from discarded coffee beans being roasted to extreme and burnt and then turned into instant ground coffee. Taste and texture don't give the feel of a good authentic black coffee at all. I have tried Moccona, davidoff, nescafe gold, bru, tata, few different ones from Singapore and many other brands. This goes right at the bottom of the list. Don't see what the hype is at all...

As a Nescafé fan, I was excited to try this dark roast coffee, and it didn’t disappoint in my daily cups. Yeah High caffeine strength, effectively banishing drowsiness and keeping me energized. The aroma is rich and inviting, though it lacks a truly freshness. However, I’m giving it 4 stars because the initial bitterness hits before the flavor and aromas fully develop, and totally pale in color when we make Milk Coffee, which slightly detracts from the experience. Glass bottle Delivered in good condition. Quality wise Nescafe don't compromise the customers, so it's best to try Dark Roast Coffee.
