I bought this to display/rotate my 42 pound fluorescent rock specimen. And it works flawlessly. It is whisper quiet. My first shipment came without a remote control. I contacted Prolee and within a reasonable amount of time, shipped me a whole other unit which had the remote control. That's superior customer service when all I needed was the remote control. The only minor issue is the product manual could be more descriptive but is easy enough to figure out. Bottom line. The product does what I need it to do and it does it well. Well worth the price. This turntable is absolutely amazing. I weigh approximately 189 pounds and I was able to kill myself standing on top of the road while it rotated to play a little bit with weight distribution. But for the price, this thing are my expectations. The first unit I got there appear to be an issue with the power cord you had to sort of hold it just the right angle to get it to work. I contacted the seller with the expectation that I just wanted a new power cord if they would accommodate that. Their response was already sent out a new unit for you which arrived about four days after the original one and it works flawlessly. Every product and every company is gonna have an issue once in a while, but how they handle it is very important. I will be buying more of these For my business. A video of me standing on the platform was too long to allow for an upload so I serve one with some of my favorite vintage glass. If you’re on the fence just order it if you don’t like it, the seller is very quick to take care of you.

I had high hopes for this 360-degree rotating shelf, but unfortunately, it did not meet expectations at all. The concept is great, but the execution and build quality are extremely disappointing. Right out of the box, the rotation wasn’t smooth it was jumpy and uneven, almost like it was snagging every time it turned. After just one use, it completely failed. I placed a single jar of salsa on it (less than two pounds), and the shelf broke. Now it doesn’t rotate properly and is unusable. For something advertised as durable and functional, this shelf didn’t come close. I expected it to handle basic pantry items, but it didn’t even survive day one. I wouldn’t recommend this product unless the manufacturer improves the design and materials. Save your money and look for a sturdier alternative.

This is not suitable for UK buyers as it comes with the American plug. You need to buy a separate adapter and this should be stated on tge UK Amazon site. Very, Very frustrating 😒

Product came with the wrong AC adaptor for my country. 1 degree increment mode is not uniform. It might move 2 degrees, it might move half a degree, or any variation in between. it means after a full 360 degrees of 1-degree increments it does not land back at the initial location. Using any other mode and pressing the back to set position button almost always never lands on the set position. VERY inaccurate. Do not buy
