Should i remove soil from the bed at the end of the growing season?

I remove half the soil the following season and ammend the remaining soil with compost and worm castings before adding the new plants.

What are the real dimensions of this. The ones listed don't match the pictures. The items stored on the bottom cover more than a foot in length.

What are you using to cover the top of the cart to avoid bugs and animals from damaging your garden?

I haven’t covered it. It sits against our shed where we have a view of it from our patio. Bugs have not been a problem at all. We are in deer country, so the local nursery recommended the deer resistant flowers that I could choose from. Thus deer have not been a problem. Everyone that visits, compliments the cart and flowers. Great alternative to hanging flowers from our patio as they can attract hornets, wasps and bees. Very happy with this purchase.
