A little less sharp than carbon steel

Peels well, but it does seem a little less sharp than my carbon steel peeler. However, this is worth the tradeoff to me of being wholely dishwasher-safe/corrosion-resistant. Also, the handle appears to be made of stainless steel, not aluminum (which I think is better, and is more dishwasher safe).

Noch während meiner Verliebtheitsphase in die 90er Triangle-Klinge, habe ich mir die 50er Triangle-Klinge gegönnt. Sie eignet sich für normales Gemüse (Kartotte, Gurke) natürlich viel besser als die große Kraut-Klinge.Beide sind so dermaßen scharf, dass man künftig die Leichen nicht mehr aufwändig zersägen muss vor dem Verscharren. In gemütlich zerschälten hauchdünnen Scheibchen könnte man sie hiermit direkt aufs Beet legen. :-DEin Aufdrücken sollte vermieden werden. Meine Karotten werden neuerding sanft gestreichelt. Der Widerstand ist mit dem von Wasser vergleichbar. muy buen pelador

he de decir que he quedado maravillada con la calidad del pelador. robusto y con una cuchilla muy buena (espero que dure la calidad del corte), igual para gente no muy experta no es muy aconsejable ya que corta bastante y si se te escapa un poco un cortecito te llevas seguro.
