Great customer support
Update... I emailed them about the failed igniter. Super fast response and they're sending me a new one. Awesome grill with awesome customer support. Great grill and flat top. Heats fast and even on both sides. My only issue is the igniter quit working after less that a dozen uses. I hope to find an exact fit.

Reliable in a pinch
We've had the Royal Gourmet for a few months now. You can tell by the "wear" that we use it fairly often. This morning lightening hit our house and we lost power. We'll I must have coffee so I got out the 'ole percolator and used the grill to make coffee. Not bad. This was my first time using the grill without my husband and I gotta say, it was very easy to operate. It makes fantastic burgers and brats and we are looking forward to taking it camping and trying baked potatoes. It is a bit of a chore to clean. The brown residue is left over burger, I tried to convince my husband to cook on tinfoil but he chose not to so we have residue. It has handles but takes 2 of us to transport and we use it on a cheap folding table. All together I would definitely recommend this grill.

Live this thing great compact, easy to light, cleans easily, great for the price. Only issue is stands are little short and might need different stands

Rusted and poor quality
I am so disappointed with this grill. This was a gift for Father'sDay for my husband and when we opened the box(that is damaged) we found rust spots all over the grill in numerous places.I am giving this a negative star review. Now I have to start shopping all over again and Im out my money. Do not purchase this product!!! This is again, a negative star....and now I haven't heard from customer service. They have not gotten back to me. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! BUYER BEWARE

I’ve been using this grill almost daily for several weeks now , and I think it’s great. Easy to clean and didn’t need seasoning like my old blackstone ( constant rust , never would season) . This grill was fairly easy to assemble but a little awkward. The slot for the grease pan is a little hard to find and the “fit” is a little loose. Overall this is a great grill , heats evenly and cooks great. After a few more weeks the surface of the griddle began to bubble up and peel off, it’s totally unusable now. After contacting seller (in China) for a product supposedly made in America, they agreed to send a replacement, in six months. I’m not holding my breath.

Tailgate BBQ
Love it! Works well. It has a large cooking surface and love the flat grill addition for breakfast food! We use it at the race track all summer! Great find! Well worth the money.
